Whitelist Application: 1. What is your In-Game Name? (this will be the name whitelisted
Vlaeder 2. Why do you want to join this server?
I, like some others, played on the original Pandemonium, pre-1.8. I enjoyed it greatly and want to try again. 3. How long do you think you will survive on your first night?
Half the night. 4. What do you think will be the cause of your first death on this server?
Falling off a dune, most likely. It's killed me several times in the past (on the original Pandemonium).
Did you read the New Players: MUST READ tips? If not, you will probably die quickly.
Yes.
i didnt't even read this. why? because i saw call of duty written in it. my dear sir, you are a dumbass.
whine when the game is released, and not when it's behing worked on.
Doesn't read post because "call of duty" was typed in it.
Calls the poster a dumbass directly afterwards.
If they were able to go on ceilings then Notch would have to change the AI pathing, as every mob currently runs straight in your direction and if a spider were under the block you are then it would just sit there without pursuing you.
Then Notch should change the AI pathing. I don't see why it's a big issue if Notch improves the AI. Currently, it is god-awful. I find it more appalling than goatse.
* Steam downloads 5mb of data just to log in.
* Games randomly toggle to "update game automatically" when you keep turning it off.
* Offline mode sometimes prevents you from playing singleplayer games.
* Steam download estimates are never remotely accurate (you're downloading at 100kb/s? Okay, heres the estimate for 1mb/s)
* No option for "an update? no thanks, I'll download it later. please let me play the game now instead."
* You can't return a game. A violation of the First Sale rule in the U.S.
* You can't resell a game. A violation of the First Sale rule in the U.S.
* You can't loan the game to a friend. Which is perfectly legal when you're still limiting yourself to 1 active copy.
* Some day, Steam will cease to exist. And your games will go with it.
For a Developer, Steam is great. For a user, its just a shady attempt to lock you into their platform and their games. It accomplishes nothing a web page, download link and paypal link can't accomplish.
You, sir, are not a faggot. You are a kindly gentleman who I would invite to tea.
This improves the difficulty of mobs think of it this way... if ur here
And the creeper is there No matter what it does u can hit it and it cant hit u!
doesnt matter if its hp is 10 diamond sword hits and its exploasion is an instant kill!
Increasing the damage and HP of enemies doesn't make it hardcore. You're using the same logic as modern game developers.
Back in the NES era, difficulty came from AI, not HP/Damage. Take Mario, for example. All the enemies (excluding bosses) could be defeated in a single hit, but their AI made them difficult. Instead of suggesting that a simple increase in damage and HP be made, why don't you go support one of the many threads asking for better mob AI?
Kill skeleton. Marry Enderman. **** Creeper. The creeper will have enough of an explosive orgasm that I won't have to live with myself after what I've done.
