My versions folder has:
A folder called 1.6.4
A folder called 1.6.4 Forge9.11.1.965
A folder called 1.6.4 Gulliver
One called 1.7.10
And the last one is 1.8.1
(screenshot is attached)
My mods folder is empty, I used the installers for both mods.
There is two different profiles that are made when I install Gulliver and Forge, (Which I think might be the problem.)
The two images are attached, because I don't know how to put it in with the words.
Also, When I launch Minecraft with the Forge profile it tries to launch, but it stops, and goes back to the launcher, I don't ever see the Mojang screen. I put a picture of what it says in the launcher log, in the attachments also, but one of the lines if really long so I put it in a notepad so I can resize it until it fits.
You installed "vanilla" Gulliver. You need to download the installer for Gulliver Forged instead, if you want to use it with Forge. And that would be why the server you attempted to connect to said you didn't have FML - the non-Forge Gulliver version doesn't have Forge! Even if you installed Forge separately, the non-Forge Gulliver version doesn't include Forge in its set of libraries to load, since it doesn't work with Forge.
might I suggest trying to make this mod work with pixelmon? I mean I does work technically... But it's only the trainers in the mode that grow huge and small not the actual pokemon. But their names hovering over them go up or down to show that they did grow but the model stays the same... That bugs me honestly. So think u can't week it a little or do some testing to see if this will work? Just asking. I would to so and fight giant pokemon with my own! plz reply after reading this
Pixelmon critters probably don't call some of the standard "living entity" renderer methods when they render, which is where I put the entity model render rescaling code. There's nothing I can do about other mods' coding.
Hi, Can someone please help me?
I'm having troubles installing the forged version of gulliver for Minecraft 1.6.4.
I install forge and the gulliver mod and everything works on single player, but when I try to join a server it says "You do not have FML installed, you cannot connect to this server."
Isn't the forge I just installed, what FML is?
Please help, I've tried everything and followed every guide under the sun and nothing works.
What exactly does it say when you try to join? Does it give version numbers for the FML you have and that the server has?
I have a susgestão that will help Gulliver mod become more famous, creates a Gulliver mod Modpack in Technic Launcher in the latest version.
I think I saw become famous for that many people use the Technic Launcher since most do not know how to install mods.
And one more thing in this modpack puts at least 10 mods compatible with Gulliver mod is cool and can not forget the mod Little Blocks.
I would be grateful if I did that and as always a congratulations for the mod
NO. Did you miss this part of the top post?
Do not upload Gulliver to fileshare or mod hosting sites
Why dont you just made a normal mod that just goes into the mod folder?
It makes giant incompatiblitities.
Pls make a normal one...
And dont shoot me into the sun...
Fact: there is no suggestion lamer than one that starts with "why dont you just", as though all the creator has to do is wave their hands and *poof* it's done! And the sun's too good for you
@The_Real_godylan1 That error seems to occur in SPC Forge. I don't know whether it's Gulliver, Little Blocks, or both interfering. I suggest you try running without Gulliver Forged and see if the crash still happens when you do whatever it was you were doing when it crashed.
I tried just using the forge installer then trying to launch with that version, without ever installing gulliver and it still crashed. it does not reopen the launcher though
I haven't read through the whole forum, and this might already be on here, but maybe when you are 1/8 size you have a sort of "slow fall" effect like a chicken. Just an idea. Also could you create a version of the mod where you drop it into the mods folder instead? I've tried to install optifine with gulliver, but whenever I search the web for help I am never able to find it. Thanks for taking your time to read this, I really enjoy this mod and hope you keep coming up with good ideas.
I cannot run the actual Gulliver Installer for 1.6.4 Forge (which I have already installed.) For some reason I cannot run .jar files at all. I tried to set it up to run with java, but I do not know which option to select, as the jre7 program file has so many executable's. I tried the one that is just named "java," and when it ran it popped up a black command-prompt window, then closes back out.
Edit: My operating system is Windows 8.1 with Java 7 installed.
The Gulliver Forged installer created a Minecraft Launcher profile named "1.6.4 Forge965 GulliverForged". You can select it from the Profile dropdown list in the launcher and run it.

NO. Did you miss this part of the top post?
That especially applies to Technic Launcher.

Correction: "couldnt you just" is equally lame.

You didn't give a crash report so I don't know if this applies to you, but there's apparently an issue with running older versions of Forge with Java 8. Try putting this in your mods folder: http://files.minecraftforge.net/LegacyJavaFixer/legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar

Try holding Paper; you also fall slower through plants like Flowers and Mushrooms.
Not anytime soon.
Try Ciabatta's Gulliver + Optifine install guide: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m99dnvfb7akvbpk/OptifineGuide164.pdf

It's "jre7\bin\javaw.exe".

That's the Forge 953 installer. You need the Forge 965 installer (download link).

Did you run the Forge 965 installer? Also make sure you close the Minecraft Launcher before you run either installer.

The Gulliver Forged installer created a Minecraft Launcher profile named "1.6.4 Forge965 GulliverForged". You can select it from the Profile dropdown list in the launcher and run it.
