My goodness this is amazing. I feel as if you are my arch-enemy. I made a nuke block that destroys absolutely anything it touches in an enormous radius. You create something to bring forth awesomeness through blocks. I am.... I just don't know what to say....
This is an interesting problem you have brought up. I will look in to it. I can tell you that the reason for the late flashing is a modification we made to the render file, it has little to do with how it behaves physically. I will try and locate the source of the physics and return them to normal in case they were mistakenly modified. This should be an easy fix but I may be discovering an entirely new class file after this we will see.
This mod will possibly go down with the new release and will re-emerge very quickly afterwards.
My present debate is keep this as a mining tool so the nuke drops the destroyed materials or make it a landscape modifier and it will just obliterate anything it touches.
Make two versions, so people could choose what is 'fair' for them. I hope making two versions wouldn't be too hard. :smile.gif:
That is exactly what we are embarking on. OF course we feel kinda silly seeing how the update will be making this mod non-functional. At least until we recover and get it back on-line.
My pc lags when i put about 5 nukes.... SO could you make less sprite effects?
But I like my sprites. I recognize that as an issue and it is being addressed. There will be revisions of this soon, I just wanted to get the mod out in a workable form so people could have it.
The Mod Files are uploaded the MOD is assembled and ready for download!!!! I'm pretty happy with the results. I kept it a bit watered down to avoid crashing systems and bogging down game play too much. Special effects, Textures included. I will edit the post as I continue to refine this. The recipe for the block is cheap it may change in the future but for now ENJOY!
cant you just upload moded files.. this will take forever and plus i havent tryed learning java in years and im bound to **** **** up cuz i have the slightest idea on how to add new declarations etc.
We are working on making this a light weight mod that will be available soon. Also should be working through risugami's mod loader. SO! Yes but I included the tutorial for the impatient and the curious. It's a great way to start learning. Of course when the mod is ready it will be included in this.
Hmm, I was discussing with Risugami about this, and apparently each entity has it's own renderer class. He said that likely, that is what you're missing and is the cause of the white entity.
I would really like to create an individual class file and have it reference the same way that risugami does with his mod's and I would like to make it compatible with his mod_loader but at the moment I was carried away with the idea and until I have completed it the entire routine with blinking in all. When I have it all smoothed over I will work on that and could use some advice from risugami. I use his elemental arrows mod and am a big fan. The di and dw classes already have the linkage to include his mods.
MOD is broken. You win this round Simpson. Still possible to re-establish this mod, just not likely. Our apologies to everyone who enjoyed this Mod. It appears that TNT will be un-modifiable for some time.
