    I think you might be referring to Dimetrodon (a synapsid reptile by the way).

    With sedimentary rocks, fossils are almost a definite "ore" I would simply suggest that the dropped item be called "Fossiliferous Limestone" for when from Limestone, etc. It could just drop bones like in the peaceful pack, but with the dropped block it could potentially be used for other mods by custom crafting recipe (The Fossil/Archeology mod, for example, in which it could be converted by analyser recipe.)

    Another "ore" suggestion is Malachite and Azurite, they are commonly found together and virtually everything I know of (game wise usually) which mentions Azurite, almost never even mentions Malachite and definitely never mentions an association of the two. I can only really see them as dye sources, but I'm sure another use could exist.

    A cool feature I think would to be able to date Igneous rocks. A simple value in the block name would be enough really. I don't know if it's possible, but I think it would be cool.

    Well, I have offered the top modeler's models (totally independant of what Kashmoney just said) to the current coders of the original mod and declare this content pack as dead. To anyone curious, the top modelers come as no surprise (ExDragonith, thekarrybird & Curly_WurlyJA). Anyone who doesn't meet the criteria, I suggest you offer your models to the mod yourself or to the mod's rival, if you haven't already.

    ivanmario, the source code for the original mod is linked on Team July's Facebook page.

    iamamodder, there is currently little codding progress so far and therefore is not downloadable.

    The choice is yours tyranno66, anyone is free to revoke their models from this content pack for use in another mod if they so wish.

    Have any of you guys seen the Carboniferous mod? (Rebirth of the Pre-Prehistoric mod) If not, check it out in the WIP mods section, it's pure awesome in it's liquid form.

    Also, we don't really have anyone doing the coding side of things at present.

    AngryGroudon (8/12/2012), Fruit doesn't really fit too well in this case, however the Gingko would possibly be the appropriate alternative, with large fleshy seeds that you have to cook to eat. (And produces a foul smell when crushed or stepped on, a smell I have to endure on the way to geology. Curse you Malic acid.) Maybe an Ornithochierus Temple?

    iamamodder, Quetzalcoatylus will probably be a mount, as for the others, they are simply too small.

    As I said before, xXJurassXx, the large toe claw needs to be the one closest to the centre of the model. Also I don't think we should be remaking models just yet (thinks of plesiosaur and shudders), but I will keep it in consideration for the future.

    I'm going to have to agree with AFreakingLemon with the remake of the raptor model, It's best to leave the dromaeosaurs alone for now.

    Also xXJurassXx, in most dromaeosaurs (including Velociraptor) the "sickle claw" is the index claw (the toe closest to the centre of the animal on your model)

    With the colour variants of the models in the mod, we should leave that to the original mod itself. The reason being that we do not have any idea as to the plans involving the time machine (If none of the raptor species exist for a given biome in the natural setting, then there could not possibly be a raptor subspecies for that biome)

    Right, so a boss more like the Enderdragon and wither, their appearance is not based off chance but needs to be worked towards. Hmm, not really anything I can think of.
