I would like a little help.
My computer is multi-core, but my graphic card does not have the options that sp614x says one must When using "Chunk Loading: Multi-Core" make sure to Disable "Threaded Optimization" / "OpenGL Threading" in the graphics card control panel
However, this are my graphic card paremeters (or whatever you call it). Can someone tell me what should i set to stop the flashing?
Asynchronous flip : Off/On
Triple buffering: Default/off/on
Flipping policy: Flip/Blit
Depth Buffer Bit Depth: Default16 bit depth buffer/24 bit depth buffer
Force S3TC Texture compression: off/on
force FXT1 texture compression :off/on
driver meomor footprint: high/normal low
Texture colour depth: desktop color depth/16 bits per texel/32 bits per texel
anisotropic filtering: application control/off/on

No it's not the order I have them in. Forge is first & I removed modloader as 3.3.7 includes it. As I said the game runs just fine if I deactivate EE2 so it's something to do with EE's dependency on forge breaking something else. Forge registers and works correctly with the 30 or so other mods I have running.
I was also thinking it might be a memory issue or having too many mods loaded but changing around the number of mods & amount of memory results in the same error message.
Does it work if you mod your jar file and load with the default client?
If it does not, please seek assistant on the forge and Equivalent exchange page. Forge is known to have certain inconsistency in being stable. (Has issues with optifine at times ye know?)
Well, this issue has been runnig on for sometime with me, and its kinda annoying and occurs most often when I allocate 1280MB of RAM to Minecraft. But I just let Minecraft ran with 512 MB and it crashed my driver after 3 hours of leaving Minecraft at the homescreen? Any suggestions to stop this issue, as it has crashed my world before, would be very nice!
Thanks in advance for any help rendered.
BTW: I use magic launcher to change the RAM, that's it. No gamebreaking mods (unless you count Optifine in)
I done research on this last time and it says that Windows is researching the issue...
...and they have no idea what causes it.
Discuss your suspicions and suggestions.
I'm a server owner, and I use the Nodus Client to help me keep tabs on anyone who might be hacking. However, because this replaces the minecraft.jar file, it is incompatible with your magic launcher. I use your launcher for many things, and it is the most wonderful thing I've ever discovered in minecraft. Is there anyway for you to make it compatible with the Nodus Client?
Nodus itself is a client, Magic Launcher is a client, so I am not so sure how you will get Magic Launcher to load Nodus, unless nodus is a mod, but the thing is that nodus isn't a mod but is a client(keeps repeating)
------------------------------------------
No my question was which one is the version for 1.2.3
Any version of Magic Launcher can load any version of Minecraft, just like the normal Minecraft client, you understand????
As has iiiHuman put it down nicely...
What on Earth are you talking about? I think my previous post thoroughly explained it. Since this is a mod manager and launcher, it's a utility and not a mod. As I also specifically stated, use Magic Launcher to load whatever version of Minecraft that you want. Minecraft doesn't load Magic Launcher, Magic Launcher loads Minecraft. Again, use it to launch whatever version of Minecraft that you want to. It's not specific to any version of Minecraft.
Loads up perfectly fine when I run with forge 3.3.7 & EE2 disabled. If I enable EE2 It crashes as below. Happens any time I load a mod with newer versions of forge as a dependency.
Anyone have any ideas? (I've searched this thread & the threads of the respective mods and can't find any solutions).
Minecraft has crashed!

I think the order of your mods could be the reason, I don't know if the mods in your spoiler is in the order you place your mods. I know that Mod loader comes first, than forge. Optifine than comes in next (last is also ok, its only the order of modloader and forge being important)
I feel like a spammer for all that I just typed, so I placed it in a neat spoiler if you want to see it. Involves marshbaboon and Srry4beatinU
There should be no reason your worlds are possibly getting corrupted due to Magic Launcher. You could be having a memory issue that could be leading to the problem. In Magic Launcher, decrease the allocated memory down to 256MB instead of the default 1024MB. If you need more, try 512MB instead. But, start with 256MB.
That's interesting, I use 512MB most of the time. (256 is not an option because of HD texture pack [32x] DokuCraft The Continuation Project).
Thanks for helping anyway.
BTW, after using my computer for over 2 hrs than using Minecraft, my Minecraft has huge frequent lag spikes, but has no lag spikes when you minecraft the moment you boot it. does it occur to anybody else? (I use a laptop so I hope heating is not an issue, but i prop up my laptop to allow ventillation to occur under the computer to cool the laptop)
I would like to thank sp614x for Magic Launcher and optifine.
However, I am experiencing 1 issue...
..that is that since i changed to Magic Launcher, my world saves are more than likely to be corrupted. Please help me understand this issue and how I can solve or prevent it.
Thanks! *(^_^*)
With Optifine C2 1.2.5, Advanced OpenGL when set to "Fast" makes my MC jittery, and when set to "Fancy", kills it. I wonder why that happened.
Have yet to try with Vanilla
I see great potential in this program! But I really do not know how to use the program. Do I have to key the lines of code into cmd or what?
Can you (the developer) create a video tutorial? This will definitely help new comers a lot! to the developer!
Edit: I just saw your previous post. Urm, perhaps a more in depth explaination?
Edit 2 : I would like to say and to the Developer for thanking people for using your software. I think once you get a nice gui and all that good stuff, we will thank you!
Hello, and I have a relatively unique issue which I require certain assistance with.
Firstly, this is an issue that has to do with RAM allocation. When I allocate 1024MB, MineCraft never crashes. But my frame rate is around 30FPS with Optifine with a resolution of Default.
When I allocate 1280MB (1.25GB), my Minecraft runs at 40FPS with Optifine for 5~20 minutes before my driver ixgl crashes on me and closes Minecraft, reverting my safe to 3 mins ago (Optifine).
From a tad bit of research, the cause of ixgl crashing is inadequate RAM, but this has only started to occur to me since I started a queer redstone experiment that resulted in 5000 entities (XP orbs). I wonder if that is the real case as Microsoft does not even know the real cause....
Next, I would like to know if it is possible for the launcher to recommend you the maximum amount or RAM one can allocate to prevent crashes based on system specifications, it would be very nice if you (yes YOU, the developer) to do that in the next update.
How do I Disable "Threaded Optimization" / "OpenGL Threading" in the graphics card control panel and enable "Vertical Synchronization" in the graphics control panel or set the option Performance to VSync since I have flashing GUI in Intel Family Chipset?

My graphic card is Intel Family Chipset.
