Not too fond of the oak leaves TBH, and I also am not a fan of certain items or the various color scheme changes such as glowstone, redstone lamps, and blazes. Other than that, I'm really happy with a bunch of the changes and am excited to have consistent textures in Minecraft.

This is not a resolution issue. When you add more values to texture, it will take longer to load the increased amount of colors. This is why you may see PvP packs claiming to give you a higher FPS even if the resolution hasn't been changed because they are using fewer colors to make the textures.

This texture update creates a few problems:
- This is taking away nostalgia and textures that never had problems, to begin with
- The new textures are becoming smoother, creating more color values which in turn will decrease performance
- The new textures seem to be becoming cleaner, which is not the interest of everyone who prefers dirty and gritty textures
- Changing the textures at a time like this could potentially ruin current builds that relied on the looks of the original textures
Although, even with all this, I'm happy that every single block will be able to fit with each other and not seem out of place. I hope that builders will be able to take advantage of the new textures to make some interesting new looks.

I'm not even sure how I managed to be rude there, granted I'm not a very nice person in general. Of course not everyone in the GD community is terrible, but there are a good majority who affect it in a bad way that some people, including myself, feel need to be called out. It's a toxic community for the most part, and I also think RobTop's choices for featuring levels isn't really making anyone else happy. I play games regardless of the communities they contain because I prefer to focus on the game itself. I may've not played Undertale, but I am aware of how fantastic the game apparently was and the large chunk of the community that unfortunately gave it a bad reputation.
You sound like the type of person who gets triggered over a comment that wasn't even targeted at you which, I should warn you, opens you up to more offense from others. If you enjoy GD or any other game with a toxic community that you aren't the cause of, go ahead and have fun cause I have nothing against you.
Wait... (reads the comment over again)... You think I'm being rude to the guy that got triggered over me mentioning GD because he's part of... (facepalm) I don't even know him, so why would I already be saying he's a horrible person when I'm literally refering to the community that he's getting triggered by? It should've been obvious I was refering to the side of the community that makes the game look terrible.
This is why I don't even try to be nice anymore, because people get offended no matter what someone else says these days. I'm sure you're a nice guy and whatever, but please understand what I'm trying to say before immediately being offended by a comment that wasn't targetted at you.

The community is rather terrible nowadays... I don't blame you for being triggered.

SUES is likely always going to be a laggy shader simply because of the amount of effects taking place, not to mention the PC you might be using. But if you're really looking to boost performance with it, the two most performance heavy effects are Shadow Res and Global Illumination. Turning Shadow Res to its lowest setting and turning off Global Illumination completely should grant a good amount of FPS back.

No. The latest version includes settings that you can customize to your specs.

Fishing rods have always been broken TBH, even in Vanilla. As long as the buoy particle is still there, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
It is not a bug, at least not with the shader. The shader recognizes the texture as a slightly elevated, overlapping model on top of the other block, most likely due to Conquest's method of creating the effect. The only other pack I know that does a similar connected texture effect is PureBDCraft, although it's possible Sphax takes a different route with creating the effect; So I recommend you give it a try and tell me how it goes.

You aren't looking hard enough. Look at some grass outside in a shaded area and then switch it on and off. Zooming will help show the difference as well.

My first question is does this happen without the resource pack?
0
Yep.

Physically Based Rendering. Not sure of the difference.

This is an issue with all shaders I know of that I can only assume is a feature that is unimplemented. All we can hope is that an update is eventually released that fixes this.

WOAH I didn't think this would come back! I'm guessing you finally found your coffee. I'm excited to see the update!

I believe that is how it's supposed to look, considering there have been several changes in the lighting system with renewed. My theory is that the stained glass is making the inside appear darker with its colored shadow (along with the actual structure), because even white stained glass is still stained glass, and is not supposed to let in more light than normal glass.

I'm not sure how to feel about this. The screenshots make the POM appear as if the surface is sort of curved or wavy, as opposed to the original POM where it's more flat with just stuff popping out, which IMO fit's a little better with MC.

Yo Matteo BTW, I bought this pack not too long ago, and it's sooooo A E S T H E T I C A L L Y pleasing! Maybe not so good for gameplay, but absolutally perfect for screenshots!
Both were taken using SEUS v11 with fixed POM

Tell me about your PC specs. If your PC should be able to handle a pack like this, then you may need to allocate more RAM into Minecraft (look up tutorials). Also, if a resource pack is shown in red, that just means the mcmeta file that holds the description and stuff is not updated to format 3. So generally, if a pack claims to be outdated, it usually isn't and can be run on any version.
I'm so late on this.

Yo in a future update they should make it so that water caustics are reflected on the walls of caves.

I have to be the only person on this planet that has absolutely no problem with Adfly or any site like that. It's 5 seconds to wait, which isn't even that long, and if popups come up, just close them. Nothing about Adfly is dangerous, as long as you don't click on the ads. Things like Adfly help the pack makers get paid, which is absolutely worth the wait to skip the ads.
