    Yes, hello? I got a suggestion to make. I see that there still isn't a way to summon or find the Dreadful Peat Mummy, I composed a simple idea to summoning the beast.

    First, one will have to make the Shimmerstone Offering. I have already made a texture as seen here: . The Shimmerstone Offering will require 5 Shimmerstones, some Reed Rope, and a Syrmorite Ingot to be crafted. It will then have to be Animated for 45 Sulfur, and require 25% charge of a Life Crystal.
    From there, you will have to go to a Sludge Plains biome and then right click on a 3x3 space of Mud. The Shimmerstone Offering item will disappear from your inventory, and you will have a Green "rope" (kinda like the Lead item in Minecraft) attached to you and the ground, and you will have to "tug" on the rope. Once "tugged" hard enough, the rope will break, and the Shimmerstones will be consumed.
    From there, the Dreadful Peat Mummy will begin rising- so it's kinda like you "fished" the Dreadful Peat Mummy out of the mud.
    The final step? Just kill the Dreadful Peat Mummy, and you'll be fine.

    The boss doesn't really use any special rendering apart from some colored lighting, but that can already be disabled in the config like the rest of the shader features. There was one bug that crashed the game when using the compiled and obfuscated version, but that was fixed today. You should give it a try again now.

    Hey, I got a question, can there be a config option for the new Wight Fortress boss? I can't seem to summon him as my MC crashes while trying to render it. Can you make a config so that the Boss looks like something like this? You know, for people with lower end computers, and the current design can be for the BL's shader users. Other than that, good progress on the mod's development!

    Also, I'm having a problem, devs. In this page on the wiki, it states on how to get the most current version via the complicated way, I'm having a problem on step 3, as It states,

    "Type cd into the command prompt, press space, and then type after it the next file location to navigate to the folder that contains the gradlew.bat file."

    Yeah, I don't really know what to type after "cd ", and I'm wondering if I can get help with that, or a video. It would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Been here 2 years ago. See it still in development. kek.


    You do realize the reason why it's still in development was because it was abandoned halfway, and rebooted, right? They restarted almost the whole mod and redid with much better models. They are doing much better now, and it's probably nearing it's 1.0 release.

    And actually, it's been 1 year, not 2, 2016 is barely starting, which doesn't count it as a full year yet.

    If you had done it via texture/resource pack, then it would have been fine to post download links for other people to use it. But uploading a modified version of a mod is generally not a good idea, unless the dev says it's ok.

    Also, when the mod updates, changes made internally will be lost.


    Eh, it doesn't really take much time to do so, and realizing the mod will come out in a longish time, I just did so anyway.
