We are back with another map, this time we have been building on a new Hunger Games for christmas.
Matbh and The_Cave_Buster from TheNorCraft have now started on a new Hunger Games map for Minecraft. If you don't know what a Hunger Games map is I can tell you that it is a pvp map where you can fight with friends and other Minecraft players.
This Hunger Games is in progress so if you want to see how far we have comme with this map just watch the videos you can find under this text. I recommend by starting to watch the first episode and then watch the other one afterwards.
This map should be done for christmas so why dont you show some Love by rating on the videos and maby Subscribe if you like what you see, becouse it's Christmas =D
The trailer of this map will be out 2 days before christmas (the releasing date of this map).
This hasn't been updated to 1.4.X yet has it to include things like carrots/potatoes?
Also, just wondering on the current version how many islands there are cause I know there are the following islands in the overworld but are there any I'm missing or haven't found? Spoilers for those of you that don't want to be surprised:
Starting island
Mushroom island
Mountain island
Jungle island
Swamp island
Mineshaft island
Village island
Stronghold island
2 mini islands that hold diamonds
You have found all the islands, I have not updated this map yet, but a new update will come soon.
At the moment, I can't think of any changes or new things that really are difficult to impossible to implement if you're upgrading the map from prior to 1.4.2 to 1.4.2. If anything strikes me as an "oh yea, you should add this or that" moment, I'll be sure to hit this thread.

IMO, I guess you could, but you pretty much have an island for almost every biome right? I'd say that for the emerald maybe sprinkle a few blocks on that mountain island. As for the potatoes and/or carrots, either just toss them in a random chest on one of the islands or maybe make a little mini farm off the villager house on their island that has a potato and carrot planted kinda like below but replace the wheat with carrot/potato.
Sounds like a good idea. anything else I should add?
I do have to agree that you should probably add emeralds in, so that you can at least trade with the villagers (and I guess then make an emerald goal like 64 or 32 or something).
Plus add carrots for pig breeding, and potatoes I guess since can't really have one without the other.

You mean a server? Well of course you can as long as it is not a big public one and give me credits for it, also if you do it, post the IP there :3 would love to see it.
