Make a under ground house at layer 32
Not deep enough for mining and deep enough not to be dug up by random people
Also the only griefers that do damage are ones with hacks and there impossible
to get away from without a very good protection system like WorldGuard

Bug name: Nether Building

describtion: (sorry for my sucky spelling) when i goto [Create new world] then [turn strutures off] i still get nether buildings in the nether??? i'm not sure if this is on perpos given its the only way to obtain blaze rods

Bug name: a door problem

Description: When ever i open a door with a block in my hand that block is placed infront of the door im opening =/
(very anoying with obsidian)

In beta survival ive been having a hard time getting feathers

It would be easier to make a hole and rim the top inside layer with fences so they fall and none escape

You should use worldedit / mcedit to cover the sky so it will always be dark And have small
1x1 holes out away from the ship so u can see some sunlight over small portions of the ocean
