I want to make custom blocks with the functionality of a workbench and furnace but they make specific recipes. Also i'd like to be able to modify the size of the grids and use a custom interface. How do I go about doing this, I can't find any relevant guides.
chocapis guide doesn't work, the forge version listed on the thread crashes the game on startup. it says on the thread "you need forge #673 for 1.5.2" 673 is for 1.5.1, so i'm assuming this is causing errors. regardless chocapi only made a shader, the shader isn't the problem, it's the shadersmod i'm assuming.
I can get minecraft working with optifine and shadersmod for 1.5.2 but I can't install forge with it, it crashes or goes black when it opens. has anyone gotten around this because it really limits mod availability...
I find that I can't sit down and just play survival minecraft for very long on my own, it just feels so lifeless. I was wondering if there's any sort of mod that adds in NPCs that play the game? or any other suggestions to make it seem less lonely.
creating my mob works but the texture in game is just the error texture rather than my custom texture. I exported the texture file for a biped from techne and used that, is that wrong?
I'm, working on something similar right now. I'll let you know if I find anything, but in the mean time check out the source for the regular crafting table, and see if you can find what you need.
