I'm tired of hearing my players whine & complain about lag, it's not that my computer does not have the specs to host, but it's my internet connection I believe. This seems exactly what I'm looking for. You may of answered some of these questions but I did not bother to read all of your feed back, as all I have read your customers seemed pleased.
1. Is it a dedicated IP?
2. Can the IP be letters? Ex. servername.com
3. You mentioned to other players they have full control over the server panel, but there is a maximum slot for the majority of packages, is this the only limit?
Please quote me in response. Thanks!
"letter" ips are actually domain names. So I doubt they will give you one with your package.

OK me and my Friend want to start a server. let me skip straight to the point.
- 99% Up-time - Maintenance are OK but please not to frequent
- Support - I would like Help if something goes wrong
- Backups, Rollbacks
- Mod Development Support
- Tekkit, FTB Support
- Plugin Development Support
- Easy to use interface
- (optional) Mobile Control Panel (desktop, IPhone )
- Up-gradable Ram
- 3072MB of ram
- Dedicated IP
Couple of questions:
1. What is your price range
2. What is mod and plugin development support? Is it like the host coding plugins for you or what? I don't think development was the word you were looking for.
3. Do you have a domain or are you looking for a sub-domain with your webhosting.
If you answer these questions it may be a little clearer to many host what you specifically want.

If someone asks for spacebukkit, I doubt they will want to go with multicraft. They are 2 very different platforms.
It doesn't matter if you doubt it, no one cares if you doubt it. They offer something he didn't rule out, so for you to tell people to leave who use multicraft is out of line. You are not him, you are not being made offers so you can't speak for him.

Sorry! I actually don't have any personal money that I have on hand other than digging out of my moms purse. but thanks for the offer!
You could ask you mom for 8-10 dollars and say you will clean the house, or some other chores to make her life easier. If you parents won't give you 8-10 dollars then they obviously don't want you owning a server.

I have been building spawns, castles, towns, dungeons, etc for servers for at least 2 years now. I enjoy seeing people explore and being like "Wooow like at that" at my stuff. To me, it is a bit of a creative outlet. I am not some kid making square wood huts, I am over 30 years old and my builds are good and detailed. But the time has come where I think that I would like to try my own hand and running my own server. I usually get promoted to admin easily on servers and without asking, just based on my buildings, so I have average experience with basic commands, world edit, and the like.
I have talked around on the forums here the last week or so, done some of my own research, and fairly confident I can get a server going based upon what I have read.
Some things I still want opinions/questions about:
I can't settle on any specific server, I know I want enough room to be able to host 40 or so people, I want it to have enough room that I can add 10 or so plugins, excluding the basics like logblock, worldedit, etc, hosted in the US, Texas would be nice (not required).
BUT..I also want one that offers support for me while I get started learning how to run the game from a rented server. IE: plugin support and the like. The problem I find, is that those that I've read offer that plugin support either charge way too much, or the server info looks...lacking, and kinda sketchy. The highest rated servers dont even offer support, but some of the lowest ones do..
I am still looking for something in the middle, that charges around 30-35.00 a month, for around 3gb , & offers support and uses multicraft (from what I have read this is very noob friendly) It's not like I will be pestering them 24/7 for help, but I'd like to know they can respond or even log in to help if needed, for an extra 5.00 month fee or some amount per time requested.
If anyone can help, please let me know. I am rather hesitant to not pay for a server hosting that JUST opened, as there is no track history and reviews from customers available, but for the right offer and friendly approach I may consider it.
I would check out www.elpishost.com. Tyler, the owner, is amazing helpful and friendly not to mention answers support questions quickly. And his server hardware and network are absolutely fantastic. (The host uses tcadmin and not multicraft, don't know if that's a deal breaker)
I would also check out:

I can't do billing like that bro! I can pay an indiviual guy through paypal with no credit card at all. It's so easy, you need a certifed Cred Card. I'm willing to pay someone through paypal no problem!
NoIP anyways, you're a really nice person for doing these services. I just need a quote on the slots and plugins I can get if I give 30 a month
PayPal works differently, as you don't need a card at all. Little 13 year olds at the previous school before mine use it without a card. I can pay that way, I just need more slots
You can use paypal with any reputable host
