    You could always implement a "bug-catching net" (homage LttP)? Because to be honest, I still can't catch ghasts in a bottle; it might just be the combination of mods I'm using (probably also the reason I can stack bottles) or the eternal gaming issue that I'm using a mac. :P

    Haha, I'm honored but I'm not a texture maker, I'm just a guy who likes playing around with the sprites. :P However, I can try to help out when I can! As I said before, I really like the premise behind the mod and I would love to help it grow as far as my ability permits.

    It super sucks because my world is sort of lost right now (as in, it's not displaying/can't load it). It's alright though, haha.


    Wait.. do you have mob amputation/dismember installed? Because if you hit a gib with poison or slow it crashes the game... this I can confirm. I say this because I've been using PoisonAspect on my weapon and dealing with the Infernal mobs just fine... :huh:

    I really, REALLY like the improvement. Funny how just changing the blade color to black added such a dark, forbidden, soul-forged look.. problem is now you're gonna have to play with the "wither" variant of the Vulcan sword for a bit :P
    I thought I'd play around with your textures (no offense intended, they were just so enthralling I wanted to get a closer look :P) and see if I could make it look even more "revenge-y". I compiled a few of screenies for some amusement here:(http://imgur.com/a/Hf8Ux)
    In the end, I couldn't get the look I wanted but I'll try again some more tomorrow.

    Don't get me wrong! The blade look great at the moment. I was just experimenting around is all.

    Well first thing you need to do is get that video working or get some screenshots cause I still barely have an idea what this mod is about (something about finding pieces of a sword then putting it together in a separate GUI to create a slightly colored iron sword?).

    And I was talking about the sword sprite when I said 'tame', I haven't installed the mod itself, just peeked at the sprites. Don't get me wrong, I love the minimalist default look (no sarcasm intended, I really do love that sword sprite) but I just feel for a sword that is supposed all-powerful, lusted after by thieves and created by the world's best vengeful blacksmith, it should look a bit more that an iron sword. Just my opinion!

    That said, I enjoy treasure hunting for relics and if your mod can deliver, I'll be your best customer. :)

    There is a surprising number of mods that add new mobs in the game and a surprising lack of mods that add improvements to the already existing ones. Nothing beats smashing a creeper in the face and I'm glad your Special Mobs mod breathes new life into that notion. Can't wait for this to update to 1.6.2/4!

    Also no love for slimes? :P

    In summary, while I'm exploring the world, I find a map. The map points me to some coords and voila! a chest. Inside has a couple diamonds, nuggets and one of your unique artifacts (specifically one that strikes lightning at poor cows)! Now that's what I call a shockingly good haul! B) (I'm sorry.)
    I'm using his customizable loot tables but have you considered "official" mod support? Just my humble opinion :)

    Oh I understand about the loot tables, I was just wondering if you were thinking of adding more custom items (e.g. uncrafting table)? I mean, diamonds and gold are good and all but I can find them in any cave worth a damn... treasure hunts would feel more exciting if I was hunting some thing really awesome. Just my opinion! :)

    Speaking of loot... have you checked out this mod: (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1993264-162-unique-artifacts-powerful-randomly-generated-items/)? I feel like both of your mods would go great hand in hand (well I know they go well, I'm using them together with your loot tables ;)). Perhaps you should consider "official" mod support?

    Default generator meaning the chest would just appear near listed coordinates right? Also any thoughts on adding more loot? :)
