**IF YOU LIKE REDSTONE CIRCUITS, YOU NEED TO KEEP READING.**
I posted a suggestion a while back involving bluestone dust. Now, it seems as though a few other people are using the word bluestone in their suggestions. I just want to be clear that this is based on the FIRST topic to involve bluestone in the manner that I suggested. I wanted to summarize the entire idea so far into a single, well-written (to the best of my ability) and clear post. This idea needs attention from Notch.
Here's a few points I'd like to make very clear right now.
- This is NOT one of the 5,000+ daily attempts at turning redstone circuits into real electricity. If you start shouting out electricity jargon and ridiculously complex ideas, I am going to yell at you.
- The purpose of this idea is to make minecraft circuits smaller and more manageable in ways that a redstone 'computer chip' CAN NOT accomplish.
- This idea is very easy to understand. I don't expect everyone to have a degree in electrical engineering. If you understand redstone circuits, you'll understand this.
- I'm no computer programmer, and I may be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure this would be easy as hell to implement.
I : The Essential Idea
Redstone is one of the most fun and stimulating aspects of Minecraft, in my opinion, but so often, you run into problems like the following:
= redstone dust
= bluestone dust
= A fusion of redstone in bluestone, that will interact with both. aka 'purple dust'
EDIT: This has caused a lot of confusion, so will now be used to represent a redstone wire crossing over a bluestone wire. THERE IS NO BLACKSTONE DUST. A black tile in my diagrams represents either diagram 6 or diagram 7 (scroll down to see these), and I hope that this update isn't too late to stop confusion.
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 1)
You only want the top left to communicate to the top right, and you only want the bottom left to communicate to the bottom right. With the above configuration, you now have a jumbled mess that won't work that way, because the top half of the diagram (circuit 1, let's say) and the bottom half (circuit 2) are interacting. So what do you have to do? You have do change it to this:
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 2)
To keep your wiring from interacting, you separate each circuit with empty tiles. The tiles in between these two circuits are now what I'll call 'dead space'. You can't put any dust on the dead tiles. It's just taking up space. That's why I propose bluestone dust. Bluestone dust is a simple and easy way to eliminate this problem. Bluestone has the exact same properties as redstone, but doesn't interact with redstone in any way. With bluestone dust, you can turn that cumbersome diagram above into this:
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 3)
or even this:
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 4)
Notice how tiny diagram 4 is compared to 2? Think about it. It's the exact same function as diagram 2, but uses nearly half as many tiles. Here's another example of bluestone's ability to tighten circuits.
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 5)
Instead of having to make an unsightly bridge to carry the circuit over the top of the perpendicular circuit, you can make it work in 2 dimensions. Bluestone dust and redstone dust would be laid next to and across each other without screwing up circuits.
II : Concerns / Potential Questions addressed!
There's enough ore underground already, adding a new block that's essentially just like redstone is a waste of space.
That's why there doesn't necessarily have to be a new ore added just to add bluestone dust. In fact, I'd rather there not be a new ore updated, because then we'd all need to start new maps. My idea for this would be to have some sort of device (similar to a crafting bench or a furnace) that works to turn redstone dust into bluestone dust and vice versa. Would it be instant, like the crafting bench? Would it take fuel and time like a furnace? Any of them sound good to me.
Randomman159 contributed this idea: all redstone blocks are turned into red/bluestone ore that drops some redstone dust and some bluestone dust when destroyed. The texture would be changed to red and blue spots, instead of just red spots.
Let's say I have 5 redstone dust and 5 bluestone dust, but I need to make a circuit that's ten dust long. What could solve this?
I have two solutions for this. One is the pretty much described in the first question; you'd just turn redstone dust into bluestone dust and you'd have ten of the same kind. My second solution would be to have a redstone and bluestone fusion kind of thing that you'd create. It would probably be purple or something, and would be hard-ish to make (like requiring coal or something to fuse the red dust and blue dust). This would be the only way to connect a redstone and bluestone circuit.
All of this red and blue lying on the floor, won't it be hard to recognize your circuits when it's all on the ground?
Not at all! In diagrams 4 and 5, the purple color is only meant to represent red dust and blue dust on the same tile. It would hopefully look something like this:
diagram 6 is a representation of a single tile.
[] [] []
[] [] []
[] [] []
[] [] []
[] [] [] (diagram 6)
or,
also, a representation of a single tile.
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] [] (diagram 7)
The redstone dust and bluestone dust, while on the same tile, are next to each other. All of the tile textures would show clearly where redstone dust and bluestone dust are.
This is a great idea! You know what else they should add? Yellowstone dust! And greenstone dust!
No. At a certain point (as in, 2 different kinds of dust) it just gets stupid and annoying to look at. Your circuits will look like puke, and just try to imagine what diagram 6 would look like with 5 parallel colors instead of just 2. Two kinds of dust are enough.
What about redstone and bluestone torches?
As you probably figured, bluestone torches would work in the same way as bluestone dust; exactly the same functionality as redstone, but not interacting. Redstone torches could be converted to bluestone torches, or they could be permenant. That detail isn't very important.
Doesn't the redstone 'computer chip' idea solve this problem?
Yes and no. The computer chip idea will help with making circuits smaller, but you would still have a lot of dead space.

Jocopa3 posted a message on This annoys me so much.Posted in: MCPE: DiscussionQuote from thChickenOD
You don't know what you're talking about. Minecraft for PC is about 50 megabytes, and I have several games on my phone that are many times that size.
I have 3.2gb of space taken by PC minecraft, whereas PE only takes 400mb, which I don't mind.
Some people should really look into things before they post...Mojang said Minecraft pocket edition is NOT A CLONE of the PC edition. It is rather just a simple version of Minecraft for another platform for people to waste time while not on a computer/laptop. They NEVER intended it to be the same as the PC edition. Ever.
Also, for people who say "it's not that hard to add those features" and all of that, realize these people have lives. It's an indie game company, not some corporate profit machine. They don't work the same way as a corporation. They don't go to work from 7 to 5 and work for some fixed amount of money per hour. They work mostly when they want, get paid when reasonable, and get paid an amount they deserve. They never started Mojang as a profit hub, because if it was, there would be huge teams of people working on projects left and right that lack creativity and work around statistics and models. Instead, it's teams of 2 to 8 people working on games for mostly the fun of it, and partially to get paid, which they don't have to worry about that much with the money they already made.
So stop expecting Mojang to work like some other game corporation like Activision or Atari and push out updates regularly. They have a different model, different strategy (which clearly is working), and different plans for everything.
Last, knock it off comparing clones to Minecraft Pocket. The look and the feel of clones is nothing like the original Minecraft. Just because they have more features doesn't make them better or prove a point. They could be using entirely different methods for doing things, and sometimes use choppy code to cover up other inefficient code. For me, I can't stand clones because they usually lack creativity or have many elements that don't fit together flawlessly and don't follow a common theme like Minecraft does, but apparently I'm one of the few who actually can't stand the smallest flaws. I care more about flaws than I do features when playing games, and I am beyond confident Mojang can spot and fix the smallest flaws with no problem. -

Kitteh6660 posted a message on Villagers Drop Negative ExperienceIf you kill a villager, they should drop red experience orb, it's negative experience. They drop -10 experience.Posted in: Suggestions
If you pick up, your experience bar will go down. Your level can decrease. Your score will go down. However, you can't have negative score and levels, only go down to 0.
It's meant to discourage players from killing villagers, especially in servers.
In multiplayer, seeing as griefing is possible to lower other player's experience, the negative experience can only be picked up by the killer. So other players won't pick up the negative experience orb. -

Regular_Hexahedron posted a message on Director Blocks - Take Control Of Mob Movement! What if you could order mobs to move exactly when and where you wanted?Posted in: Suggestions
Here's an idea for a new creative-mode only block: The Director Block.
This block would look like a steel cube with a dark red arrow on top. When it receives a redstone charge, the arrow lights up, and mobs standing up to 2 meters above it are compelled to walk in the direction the arrow is pointing until they move off the block.
For example, imagine if you had a long line of powered Director Blocks all pointing it one direction like this:
-> -> -> -> -> -> -> ->
A pig randomly wanders on one of them.
-> -> -> -> -> -> -> ->
It's then compelled to keep moving in a straight line until it steps off the last one.
....................................
-> -> -> -> -> -> -> ->
Arrows can point in all four directions, and are controlled by redstone, so you could program all sorts of complex paths for mobs. Adventure maps could have zombies or skeletons patrol precise routes. You could create a grand ballroom with waltzing villagers, all dancing in a precise pattern. Animals could travel along a parade route down a broad city street. You could make a creeper puppet show! There are countless other uses too.
Director blocks can also be used as a restraint. For example, if you have a line of them it acts like an invisible forcefield mobs can't cross. This creeper cannot move west, because as soon as it moves onto one of the arrows it reverses directions.
->
->
->
Now what if you don't want people to see your Director Blocks? It'd ruin many designs to have big arrows all over the floor. Well, good news! Their effect reaches up 2 meters (2 blocks). That means you can hide them under another block. For example, if you want to design a parade, you could place Director Blocks beneath the cobblestone blocks of a street, and mobs standing on the cobblestone will still be controlled.
I think this would be insanely useful. -

Malatak1a posted a message on Spider Queen (BOSS)So far in Minecraft, we have 2 bosses - the Enderdragon and Wither. They are both great bosses- using different attack styles than regular mobs combined with increased health and damage to make them harder to defeat. This is a suggestion for another boss called the Spider Queen.Posted in: Suggestions
The Spider Queen is a huge spider, roughly 3 blocks wide, 3 blocks long and 2 blocks tall. It is black, hairy, has 8 legs, and 2 menacing fangs protruding out of its mouth.
The Spider Queen is a rare spawn in an abandoned mineshaft (20% of every full system of mineshafts will spawn a Spider Queen lair). It spawns in a special room in the mineshaft known as a Spider Queen Lair. The lair is a large area of open cave, with cobwebs covering most of the ground and ceiling. There are two long planks of wood, 3 blocks wide each, leading from the sides of the cave to the center where the Queen spawns. These wooden beams will be the ground on which the player fights the queen. The beams have no webs on them, but the rest of the cave does - meaning if the player falls off, he will be ensnared.
The Spider Queen spawns in a chrysalis. This is a large egg, stuck to the ceiling by cobwebs. The Queen will not awake unless one of three things happens:
1. The player hits, shoots, or sets off an explosion in the vicinity of the egg.
2. The player walks close enough to the egg for the spider queen to awake.
3. The player breaks, or falls into one of the webs in the chamber.
Once the queen awakes, the egg will slowly begin to break open until the Queen emerges.
While in combat, the Queen will constantly heal at a rate of half a heart per 3 seconds. It will always use on of its 4 moves, depending on the situation (Using logic to determine which attack is best). When not attacking, the queen will climb around the room and its ceiling, sometimes turning completely upside down It is not effected by webs, and can also use then to climb on. The Queen has a total of 90 health (45 hearts).
When the queen reaches 60 health, and 30 health, it will spawn 4 cave spider "minions". These minions will make it harder for the player to defeat the boss.
The Queen will attack using one of the following moves:
Bite
The Queen's bite attack, is its basic move. It will use it when no other specific situation is brought to the queens attention. The bite attack involves the queen biting the player with its fangs, dealing 4 damage (2 hearts) per bite.
Pounce
The Queen's pounce attack will be used if the player is constantly using ranged weapons such as a bow. The more the player uses a bow, the more commonly the Queen will use pounce. When using pounce, the queen will leap forward, and pin the player, then bite, dealing 6 damage (3 hearts). The pounce attack also poisons the player.
Web
The Queen's web attack will be used if the player is constantly using melee weapons such as a sword. The more a player attacks at close range, the more likely the Queen is to use web. When using web, the Queen will shoot a burst of webs at the player, which knocks the player back 2-3 blocks, deals 2 damage (1 heart), and puts a "web" effect on the player - a new effect, which works like slowness, but only slows the player when he is touching a wall (As if he was "stuck" to it). The web effect lasts 8 seconds.
Slice
The Queen's slice attack will be used only if the player falls into the webs surrounding the room. The slice attack involves the queen jumping down onto the player, then driving one of it's legs into the web the player is stuck on. This deals 10 damage (5 hearts) and will knock the player back toward the platform.
When the queen dies, it will drop a "Spider fang" along with some experience and a high chance of dropping string and a spider eye.
The Spider Fang is a unique item, that can be used to craft a "Potion Dagger"
NOTE: http://minecraftrecipedesigner.com is down for maintenance... Ill get a recipe soon enough, but its basically just a stick with the "Spider Fang".
What does this potion dagger do you may ask? Well, you see it can be crafted with any potion, to make it use that effect when an entity is hit with it. Meaning, you can have a poison dagger, that poisons mobs when you hit them, or a medical dagger, that can heal a wolf or an ally on smp. You can also make strength daggers, and speed daggers, and slowness daggers, or anything really!
NOTE: Daggers have exactly 30 uses, and the potion effect that is applied lasts for roughly 10 seconds. Once the dagger breaks, it will lose its potion, and will revert to the potion dagger normal form. It can still be crafted again.
NOTE: Daggers will deal 4 base damage, but will deal no damage when a boosting potion effect is given to it.
Spider Fangs can also be crafted with a hopper and a brewing stand, to make a potion tap. you can put the ingredients for any potion you want into its custom GUI, along with a bottle of water and it will constantly make potions so you don't have to replace the ingredients or the water bottles every second. Putting a chest below the Potion Tap will cause it to automatically put it into the chest. Fully automated potion brewer? I think so!
Well, that's my idea folks, I hope you like it! Post your ideas/praise/criticism/complaints/comments/opinions below! If you absolutely loved the idea, then feel free to click that +1 button to support! -

BladeFury1789 posted a message on Iron Crafting TableNOTE: This is NOT a duplicate thread, this is DIFFERENT. People gave feedback, so I am redoing the thread with revisions.Posted in: Suggestions
When 1.5 came out, it introduced hoppers, as you all know. Hoppers allowed for things like automatic smelting and brewing, which is really cool.
But something was on my mind.... why was there no automatic crafting!?
So, I came up with this:
The IRON CRAFTING TABLE!!!
It would be crafted like this:
You're all wondering, how would this all work?
Well, I've prepared a GUI for you!
OK, let me explain. This table DOES function as a normal one, if you're wondering.
First off, the "Set-Output" button.
Placing a block in this slot determines what the table will automatically craft.
For example, if you place wooden planks in the "Set-Output", then put logs ANYWHERE in the 5x3 grid, the table will automatically start making wooden planks. EVEN IF you put other stuff in here, the table will only make planks if you have the output set to that. Yes, I realize this gets rid of the need to use recipes. That's why I took your feedback and made crafting this table harder.
Lastly, (and my favorite part), this table IS compatible with hoppers! Yay! Hoppers from the top or side will fill the 5x3 grid, and a hopper on the bottom could take stuff away.
Well, thanks for reading!Again, if you really read this, mods, I promise it isn't a duplicate thread, just a revised one. VERY revised. -

FutureNyanCat posted a message on Nether Soul Ore - Next ore in the Nether than Quartz! [ Pictures ]Note: This isn't a suggestion about More Nether Ores. It's only one suggestion. Also I have thought of that suggestion when I was in my sleep.Posted in: Suggestions

Nether Soul Ore
Occurs in 0.14%(1/5 th of Nether Quartz) of original Netherrack. Since the souls have a tendency to float up, it will not be formed below 32 blocks above from the great sea of lava.(y=64 or above) It is the only ore that height is restricted to y and over, not y and under. Netherrack is very easy to see in the Nether, so finding it might be less of a challenge compared to actually mining.
It occurs in veins of 3~12, and the most common size is 6 and 8. This means you will, on average, find a vein in a 70 x 70 x 1 flat square surface.
There are an average of 15 ores per chunk.

Appearance
Ore in Nether:
Item, Block, and Ore:
Looking at the ore for a long time can let you see the souls flying out.
Or, the appearance of a Nether Soul Ore and Soul Gem maybe unique, it will come in a shape of a glass shard or the original Emerald/Ruby pattern.
The apperance of Soul Gems is used from the unused Ruby texture.

More information of this ore
Nether Soul Ore can't be crafted into tools (We don't need more tools). It can be crafted into its storage block, however. Nether Soul Ore can be crafted with Glass and Wooden Slabs to make a Night Detector - it will emit a signal at night, but not at day. This should prevent the use of inverted Daylight Detectors.
Soul Gems can be brewed with a Mundane Potion to get a Potion of Infected Souls. Its effects are darker vision, mining fatigue, reversed controls, and slower movement. We will discuss more about the potion later.
Soul Gems also can be brewed with a Night Vision Potion to get a Potion of Inner Sight. It allows you to see invisible players and can also see the aura of the mob. However, you get debuffs like Slowness and Weakness so you must take risk when using it. More information is discussed about the potion later.
Nether Soul Ore is the second ore in the Nether, the first being Quartz. It's also one of the ores that cannot be crafted into tools, but have different purposes.
When walking on its storage block, you can hear the same sound of walking on the other mineral blocks - looking at the soul gem block for a very long time can let you see the souls flying out.
The Soul Gem Block (or I call it Soul Essence) can be used for aesthetics. When there's no purple block in the game, but purple wool would burn, the Soul Gem Block will be the solution.

Crafting Recipes
9 Soul Gems = 1 Soul Gem Block (or Soul Essence Block)
3 Glass + 3 Soul Gems + 3 Wooden Slabs = Night Detector
1 Soul Gem Block = 9 Soul Gems
1 Soul Gem + 1 Nether Star = 1 Soul Star (shapeless)
There's also a possibility that you can combine Soul Gems with Sand to make Soul Sand. I haven't made the crafting recipe for it yet.

Night Detector information
Night Detectors detect only nighttime, but its signal will decrease when the sun rises and it would turn off if the sun is up. The signal will increase when the sun sets.
Sleeping in a bed and waking up will turn off the Night Detector. It's also the reversed version of the Daylight Sensor.
If Mojang fixed the bug that allows Daylight Sensors to emit signals at night when covered, it will be added.
It's much smaller and simpler than most of the NOT gate, Comparator, and the other redstone setups used to reverse the signal of the daylight detector.

As a Brewing Ingredient
Soul Gems can be brewed with a Mundane Potion to get a Potion of Infected Souls
Potion of Infected Souls information
Drinking a Potion of Infected Souls can cause a player to be infected and it will cause him to have darker vision, slower movement, mining fatigue, and reversed controls.
Brewing it with Gunpowder makes a Splash Potion of Infected Souls. This can be threwn at the player, which will cause the player to have the effects of the Potion of Infected Souls.
Throwing it at a mob will cause it to be brainwashed instead of having the characteristics of a Potion of Infected Souls. In this way, you can control the mob when you are moving.
The exception for this is hostile mobs, including zombies, skeletons, magma cubes, blazes, ghasts, and more. The downside is that griefers can use the Potion of Infected Souls to lead your dogs and cats to a lava trap, so you might be threatened by enemies and creepers.
Note that the Potion of Infected Souls may have a low or medium debuff to prevent it from being a little OP. Dispensers can also throw the Potion of Infected Souls, although the Dropper only drops the item itself.
You cannot control players with the Potion of Infected Souls. When you throw it, it will give a player the debuffs as mentioned above.
Item icon:
Also, brewing Soul Gems with a Night Vision Potion will give you Potion of Inner Sight.
Potion of Inner Sight information
It gives you the slowness and weakness debuffs like other potions and the darkened vision like what I have mentioned in the Potion of Infected Souls before. However, it allows you to see invisible players so that you can easily spot them without them stalking you when you're mining for diamonds.
Once the potion is drank your screen will grow darker and you obtain the other debuffs. You will also be able to see bright outlines of other mobs and players. Each outline (aura) is a different color which corresponds to a different mob. These auras would be bright against the darkened screen, thus, making them easier to see. Even players who are invisible can be seen. Once 20 seconds are over the darkness is removed and you are no longer able to see the auras. You then have hunger for 10 seconds along with weakness and slowness because their times haven't expired yet.
For mobs, auras would be the same color as spawn eggs. Player aura colors correspond to what armor they are wearing, how much health they have, and enchanted items on their person. Player auras are the only auras where the outline is filled. Meaning, the inside of their outlines are purple, where as other mobs are just outlines of color with a blank inside.
Auras can be seen through blocks within a certain radius (say 50 blocks for example). So your in your base and you need to go find some cows. Simply drink the potion and look around for some cows. On a pvp server you can check to see if anyone is sneaking up on you, just hope they are not to close because it would be really hard to fight while in this mode.
However, auras do not work on Primed TNT, minecarts, boats, blocks, Falling Sand, falling gravel, falling dragon egg, falling anvil, item drops, and lava and water.
Item Icon:
▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒
Soul Star information
Soul Star is a special kind of Star crafted with a Nether Star and a Soul Gem. It can't be crafted into beacons. Instead, you can throw it. It will show an animation of it spinning horizontally. It deals a damage of two hearts to the mob. However, the Enderdragon and the Wither are resistant to the Soul Star, instead they will reflect it back, and can possibly hurt the player.
Item icon:
Note that it only has 20 uses. It can be also enchanted with Sharpness of any level to increase the damage, Knockback to increase the knockback (Use Soul Stars for pushing a player off a ravine!), and Fire Aspect. However, Blazes can be still damaged with the Soul Star with Fire Aspect, but it will not set themselves on fire.
When it is thrown to a mob, it will drop itself as an item. The durability bar will appear on the bottom of the Soul Star. After 20 uses the Soul Star breaks.
Can be easy to obtain when Nether Soul Ore is near your Nether Portal, or you have a chance to find the nether soul ore, or you have a chance of getting the Soul Star from a Zombie holding it. But still it is hard to obtain because you need to fight the Wither over and over again so that you can get the Nether Stars.
Can be mostly useful if your sword and bow breaks, because if you have enough Nether Stars and Soul Gems, you will be able to get away fast by crafting the Soul Stars along the way, hurling them at zombies and creepers.
An advantage for Soul Stars is that can be launched from dispensers, allowing for nifty traps that can easily kill griefers in just a few hits.
It can also be crafted in the 2x2 crafting grid, and its crafting recipe is shapeless.
Interaction with Zombies:
Sometimes there's a 1 in 100 chance that Zombies may hold a Soul Star, which can be more threatening if a zombie has armor and the Soul Star is enchanted. Zombies holding Soul Stars may drop the soul star as a rare drop instead of a Sword, so that you can use them as a weapon.
Zombies can also pick up dropped Soul Stars from a killed player or if the player drops it. If threatened, it will hurl the Soul Star at the direction where you are before you have much time to flee, so you need to take caution when battling Zombies with Soul Stars.
After the Zombie throws the Soul Star, it runs to the soul star to pick it up again, and of course after 20 uses, it will lose the soul star and it will become a regular zombie again.
Zombies can only hold 1 Soul Stars much like Zombies holding swords. After 1 zombie picks one of your soul stars, you will have a chance to gather them all before the zombie gets another one again after its own breaks, or before the zombie will try to hurl it at you.
Skeletons/Wither Skeletons can't pick up Soul Stars even though they are Spider Jockeys (this is because they are holding bows and stone swords, their least favorite weapon is the soul star)
Interaction with other entities, blocks and bosses:
Again, as I mentioned, Enderdragon and Wither are both resistant against the Soul Star. Instead they will deflect it, and it can possibly hit other mobs and players. Even more threatening is if you hurl a Soul Star enchanted with Fire Aspect at a Wither, it will also deflect it and can sometimes hit your house, when you're battling a Wither near your house.
Hurling Soul Stars at Minecarts and Boats will destroy the minecart and boat itself. Hurling Soul Stars enchanted with Fire Aspect at TNT will detonate it. A disadvantage of it is it can be used as a long-distance griefing tool, even when griefers put TNT walls around houses and they throw a Soul Star enchanted with Fire Aspect at the TNT and it goes boom, sometimes crashing servers and causing lag.
Hurling Soul Stars enchanted with Fire Aspect at Wooden Planks or any combustible block will catch it on fire. Also a disadvantage is it can be used as a long-distance griefing tool, too.
Hurling Soul Stars at thrown stuff or falling sand, gravel, anvil, or dragon egg will do nothing. But of course, if a Soul Star is hurled at a dragon egg that is not falling will make the dragon egg teleport (much like right-clicking on it)

Oh, and these bookshelves would look identical, except maybe a little bit of redstone-looking-thing on the bottom on top.
These could maybe be called "Hidden Levers" or "Lever Bookshelf". If destroyed, it drops itself (if axe is used, otherwise it drops nothing). These would be useful in adventure maps where there is a hidden room in a library, accessible only by finding and clicking on the correct bookshelf. It works the same way as a lever does, and can be used by any side. Also, it could be added into strongholds to open into a room with a fully powered enchanting table.
