Glad to hear this is still being worked on! After Yogbox stopped being supported, i started playing H/M more (because im such a RPG junkie) and have fallen in love with the mod. Definitely looking forward to the next release!
Definitely has potential in multiplayer if it could work in the way im thinking. Almost a L4D style versus mode. The levels would have to be custom (if possible) so the world isnt too big, but you could (if it could work) have your Miners (human players) versus Mobs (Human-Creepers). Of course the Miners would get tools to defend themselves and whatnot, but ultimately i think it would be fun as hell. Dont know if it is possible, just saying, the potential is there if it is do-able.

The chicken then realises that it's cover is blown and after one last look at the player, commits suicide.
I think this is proof that the chickens are spys, and most likely from the nether. Maybe the chicken did not commit suicide and the lava is a teleportation device to the nether. we don't know for sure but we all know one thing, something is wrong with these chickens!

Well, since the Beta caused such an incredible performance drop that I couldn't play the game anymore.
So, I reverted back to Alpha. Impression of Beta is: "Crap."
Ah damn, forgot i made backups a few nights ago...going to revert back to Alpha now!
This pretty much sums it up for me. I have no problems waiting. That is what Beta is all about, fixing problems, and the huge performance drop is a serious problem for those of us with older setups.
Alot of great well thought out suggestions and personally i love all of them. Hope to one day see these in the game. Either by Notch himself or someone with some time to mod.
Sounds pretty cool, takes some of the fun out of it, but adds some in its own way. I'll give it a whirl in the morning when i dont have a mind splitting headache lol.
I dont by any stretch of the imagination have a good now-a-days computer and the problem i have with a lot of the texture packs is while they look absolutely amazing, they tend to slow the game down to the point to where i have to have fog a foot in front of me and therefore cant enjoy the texture pack. What i love about this pack is that it looks great and makes the game on my computer run smooth without fog. So to shorten this up, thanks and great work, keep it going.
