Well, I had to stop using Millenaire on my MP server due to game crash whenever I interact with ANYTHING that is generated by Millenaire (click sign, talk to NPC, break block, etc.). I have tried reloading, starting new world etc. Using same mods and eveything that I was using with BETA and that worked fine. It is not only me either, everyone on the server has teh same issues. They do anything with a Millenaire generated object, town or person and they crash hard.
BTW, 3.0b3 works perfectly fine so I am back to that.
Thoughts?
I updated to the latest release (3.0.0r3) and now everytime I get near a Millenaire village the game crashes and no else can even connect to the server even though they are running the right version. Ideas?
I am still running MC 1.2.5.
Tried making a brand new world as well. Everything seemed to be fien until once again, you get near a village and teh game crashes...bad.
I am just about to go back to the beta version, b2 of b3, not certain but I know it worked fine.

One last update, I went back to 1.09 and spme of the blocks returned but the save was broken completely. No people were around and the buildings that used the special blocks were only half contructed.
You must have an instal issue or a separate compatibility issue, I have Millénaire and the Aether running together. I can even prove it: :wink.gif:
Hey Kinniken, I just D/L and installed 1.1 and when I started the games all the timber frame models were gone. I checked in TMI and did not see them listed.
Also, I have been gettign really strange errors with the Market and buildings near it. I read something about "rechunking" and I think this is it. The grove next to teh Market lost half of it so I fixed. Then they upgraded teh market and I lost half the grove again plus the back wall of the house in front of it AND the part of the market where the merchants "sleep" at night. Had to rebuild.
If the timber frames models are gone I will fix the houses, if not I'll wait for fix.
Note that I am on leave with no access to my computer and thus no way to work on Millénaire - this release was prepared before, I just hadn't been able to release it with the forums being down.
It's all good mate. You have a great vacation and thanks for getting this to us.
On that note though I would like to point out a bug I've been having. In my villages I've noticed that teh LArge House, Large Plot, Huge Plot and the City Estate are being lisetd twice. They are being losted as a player bulding AND an extra building. I bought thr City Estate (sweet house BTW) and they built it. After tehy fnished everything else they built it again. I checked teh text file for these and they all look good.
I really love the concept of this MOD and woudl love to get it to work. Everytime I try to run mincraftAM.exe I gft and error taht says it has stopped working. I was able to properly instal the mod by running teh BAT file. Everything was OK (I got that 4 ti,mes like the read says).
I then try to run mincraftAM.exe as instructed but get nothing but teh program has stopped working arror.
agreed, for the meantime though i've replaces the skin with one of the ones i made, i have edward elrick from full metal alchemist as my seneschal for now :tongue.gif:
I looked at the PNG referenced for the senchal and mine was fine. I am using 8.5. That is strange.
Yes, that's probably what has happened. So is there any way to solve it?
Unfortunatly, once a save is broken it is broke for good (i've cried many times due to this). I have gotten into the habbit of religiously making back-ups of my saves so this never happens again. Sorry to be the bearer of this bad news :sad.gif:
Just a thought: You could use the broke village/town as your own personal base. Modify the buildings as you see fit. Add an underground basment that connects to all the buildings. Then go out a short way and MAKE another village. Even though the one village is broke new ones "should" be fine.

Are the NPC Villages that will be in MC 1.8 based on this mod? Has Kinniken mentioned anything? Any thoughts or inside info?
Cheers!

Always good to know! LOL. You can actually edit the sentences.txt file and have them say whatever you like. It is fun to change what they say.

No idea what that is (a concert maybe) but it sounds fun. Don't party to hard!
