It's some sort of large sprawling city.

The IRIS satellite does nothing threatening nor encouraging in reply.

    The satellite flies closer.

    *Meanwhile...*
<Intelligent lifeforms expanding. Perimeter must be defended...>

An energy dome forms around the IRIS colony. If any satellites in space were hovering over it they would notice something is there... but what?

An Ednorean satellite passes by and takes images of the something, zooming in on it.

Ednorea expands more, and expands their underground operations. Seeking new lands for resources. Still little to no above ground activity though in the habitable areas. In the antarctic however, there are some aboveground things, they look like domes, but are shielded heavily.

The cloud is, surprisingly, a cloud. It's composed of water vapor and everything.

Suddenly, both their walky-talky and the one its connected to burst into crackling life. "Roger-that-roger-that-roger-that-that-that..."

They are equally shocked. "As expected, something that is... out of our control happened...lets clear out boys!" one of the soldiers command, and the one that previously petted one of them looks at them, waving sadly, as if he wanted to stay with them longer. The ramp extends with a press of a button and they board their craft. A minute later both of them hover and resume slowly moving over the area.

It seems to be a cloud.

"They are looking at a cloud for some reason.." he says too the other 2. "Is this honestly worth our time? We got better things to do than talk to some woodland creature that can formulate random sentences..." the one with the creature frowns. "Just a few more minutes...we may be able to find out more..." the other one sighs and nods slowly. The one with the creature pulls out a walkey talky. "Can you guys scan that cloud? To make sure everythings normal here...since these are weird creatures...we don't know what to expect..." "Roger that." a female voice sounds over the walkey talky, and she begins scanning the cloud from the other aircraft, as only 1 crew got out.

They don't react. Their heads remain turned towards some distant point in the sky.

He looks towards where they are looking, to get a better view of the distant point.

"Aren't- you call- you call-" they warble, exactly as unemotional as before. They are starting to walk away, drifting back towards whatever positions they'd been in before the scouts had arrived.

The scouts are confused. "Whats the matter? Are you fellas alright?" the scout asks, concerned.

Their heads have rotated away from the scouts entirely, revealing a third slit on their back faces. "Eh?" they say, though they don't move. The flickers of light suspended in their wings drift about in purposeful patterns.

For the first time, the scout notices that they each seem to have a pair of white plastic sheaths strapped across their lower backs. Their wings twitch.

The one with the camera takes another image. "Woah, they can actually talk!" the scout exclaims and describes what he sees to the others. "What do you call yourselves?"

When the four visitors finish their tasty treats, the Queens gives Emma a token. It was produced by the queens own body, which therefore allows direct and uninterrupted communication with her. She however advises that Emma only use the link when utterly necessary. She then thanks them for their company and welcomes them as allies, but informs them that she has a new wave of babies to make, and so asks them if they would be needing anything else before departing.

    .

Emma thanks the Queen for her time and they don't need anything else. They board their craft and depart. The craft cloaks as it leaves the surface of the ocean, a few hours later it returns to Ednorean land, a group of trees vanish and 2 doors open up, the craft goes down, and Emma and the soldiers return to various duties. the doors close, a hologram of grass and trees once again reappearing.

Western Baliostian Fleet completed on exploring Ednorea. A suspected creature unfolded!

After further discoveries on Ednorea, they've charted everything on what it's seems to be their 'western' part of the world. They're now readying themselves to disembark and goes further into the upper side of Continental World and hoping to find something more than a mere 'underground' civilization for better deals. However, after some gossiping through their people of Ednorea, there's a new rapid expansionist faction somewhere all over the Continent World, and in some knowledge of decipher their communications through a powerful, but unknown network, they're calling themselves Aquon, the nation of annoying Jar Jar Binks partial civilized Gungans Oceanians.

Ednorea's leader has returned and a message is sent to the Western Baliostian Fleet. It is the leader, Emma. "So you have wanted to talk to me? Where do you come from?" she asks respectfully.

The creatures' heads start to turn away in unison, like weather vanes when the wind changes. Their bodies remain perfectly still.
"You're a cute little guy, ain't ya!" shrill four or five voices at once, each one almost exactly the same as the scout's.

The figure jumps back in surprise and the other 2 are surprised aswell. "So they are sorta like parrots....eh?" the one with the camera says. The others don't really know how to answer, instead seeing how the creatures react.

    --

In other news Ednorea expands more, and works on improving existing weaponry and technology.

It doesn't so much as twitch as they lay their hand on its head. Its head feels cool and wobbles slightly underneath the figure's hand.

"Your a cute little guy ain't ya..." he says to the creature, stroking his head gently. The other 2 look over, the one with the camera snaps a photo of what is going on and the other one puts his arms on his hips, in a rather disappointed stance.

The creatures watch the armored figures through slits in their angular, helmet-like faces. They all stand, perfectly straight, arms at their sides. Their gaze is strangely disconcerting, like standing in front of a judgmental crowd.

Small pairs of stiff wings flare from their backs, their thick feathers resembling soft, white plastic. It contrasts sharply with their faces, which are the color and texture of wrought iron. A soft, blue glow shines through their wings, and a golden one though the slits in their heads. They stand perfectly still.

The one with the camera snaps images of these creatures, and another one presses a button on his chestplate, and the stairs retract, the door closing up. They begin spreading out. As if they believe these creatures are simple animals, moving onto other things, the one with the camera taking images of the surrounding landscape, however one of the figures reaches out towards one of the creatures, intending to pet it.

The sudden shift in movement causes them to look back towards the aircraft. Their heads look rather like peculiarly shaped lamps.

The aircraft stop entirely, they can see the sleek white aerodynamics of it, the flag of their home nation is on the side of it, painted elegantly into the metal, there are also sleek, thick glass windows. The landing gear deploy and the 2 aircraft land side by side, on one a door opens and a set of retractable stairs is extended. 3 human figures begin stepping out, one has a camera, they are all armored.

Several triangular heads turn slowly to follow the aircraft as they pass overhead. Otherwise, there is no reaction, and they quickly turn away.

"What is that..." the pilot says, zooming in on that area, and the scout soldiers sitting towards the back shake their heads. The aircraft slow down considerably.

One of the creatures gently settles on the drone's head as the rest of them find perches on other structures. They watch attentively.

2 triangular aircraft fly over the land. They scout out the area, and sometimes snap images.

Once the visitors finish eating, the Queen bends over, here house sized head hovering over them as she opens her mouth to regurgitate four melon sized balls of slimy matter that have a surprisingly sweet scent. Standing straight again, she urges them to eat.

    An after meal treat?

Seeing that the four do not repsond straight away, she adds: Be not concerned, this is not meat, Neither is it vegetable matter. It is a sweet protein compound that my innards produce to feed my newly born infants.

Emma nods. "Ah, interesting. Thank you." Emma says sweetly, and they each take the melon sized balls and begin eating. Emma seems to be acting like a child at a candy store.
