    Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my loot rules? I'm trying to add non-vanilla stuff to the loot chests, but the game just gives me incredibly unhelpful errors like this:

    Edit: Well, I figured it out on my own. For some reason, it really hates the section at the top with the Quark runes.


    Edit 2: Nope, nevermind. It just likes to randomly crash for no discernible reason. Ended up just uninstalling the mod entirely.

    The mod already includes Ars Magica 2 compatibility.

    I don't understand Aura Cascade well enough to interface with it.

    That was an EE3 wand I was working on, but never finished. Left it with that placeholder garbled name since I couldn't even think of a name for it. It's unobtainable outside of admin commands and doesn't have any special abilities anyway.

    Terribly sorry, I must have misclicked when I was transcribing it, because the version I provided was actually Thaumic Tinkerer, Which is directly above it in the mod list.. I'm actually running Forbidden Magic version 1.7.10-0.562.



    That version of Forbidden Magic was released in March of 2015. Your copy of the mod is literally over a year old. There was a bug where the blood staff would wipe out your inventory, but it was fixed a long time ago.

    I'm new to the forum, so if I'm in the wrong place or going about this wrong then tell me. I believe I've discovered an unintentional interaction between the Blood Magic Staff and Tinkerer's construct gear. When it cannot receive LP from the network (and hence, damages you) it will break any tinker's construct gear equipped, including any heart containers, traveller's glove, and most importantly (and annoyingly) will break your knapsack, deleting all items within. This was with keep inventory set to true. When I tested it with keep inventory set to false, it deleted all items I was carrying, which was only a blood staff and an equipped knapsack. This happened on the most recent updated version of Blightfall, which is running Tinkerer's Construct version 1.8.3.DEV.1911337 (dev = in development?) and Forbidden Magic Version 1.7.10-471. So If I'm in the wrong place any redirection would be much appreciated.


    I've never heard of Forbidden Magic version "471". Please don't use bootleg copies of the mod and make sure you're always using the latest version.

    Forbidden Magic v0.574 uploaded to CurseForge and should be approved soon. Mainly just bugfixes.

    - Bugfix: Sword of the Dragonslayer removed.
    - Bugfix: Botania flowers now follow the standard tooltip scheme
    - Bugfix: Extra padding added to Educational enchant so that it plays nicer with other mods
    - Bugfix: Cosmetic overrides can be removed from the Collar of Pain and Ring of Nutrition now

    I guess I kinda forgot about reporting it, but it seems like I can't get the Cosmetic Baubles out of the Collar of Pain/Ring of Nutrition.

    Do you fix it in TC4 or do you want FM updated for TC5 first before doing anything bug related/content related?


    Thanks for catching that. I'll try and get it fixed soon for 1.7. FM won't be updating to TC5.
