its professionally hosted. the other 2 guys live a fair distance from each other. i've got the guy that pays for the hosting taking out a support ticket. the support staff got back to me and asked me to download pingplotter and send them screenshots. only trouble is. im on a mac?

i can join another server, i tried last night. had no troubles with it.
also i tried connecting to the server using a pocketwifi modem, so i'd have a different IP to try and connect with but still no luck.
i've tried deleting my minecraft files excluding my save files and reinstalling but still nothing.
a quick rundown;
*server is owned by 3 of us, one building the forum, one working the codes/plugins and one server builds and $$$.
*we use Zeus hosting (who apparently host through someone else[host inception])
*the other 2 can both join the server, except me.
this happened on a server i played on a few months ago just after we got to building this server up.
this is what happens
now a few months into this server its happening again.
here's the kicker; My girlfriend can join without a problem on her laptop (to both servers) its only my laptop that can't. she's running windows, and i Mac.
someone pleeeease help me. ive put too much into this server to have to give up on it.

New to the Forums here so i hope im going the right way about this. im having a massive problem at the moment with breaking blocks. and that is that i can't. the only way i can break blocks is if i use the correct tool. doesn't sound all that bad i know, but if i want to get wood from a tree i need to take shears instead of using my hand or something else in my hot bar to do it. i have a video on youtube that im going to link here so everyone can see whats going on. I've tried both over-world and the nether on all blocks in sight and its not discriminating to one block or tool.
any help would be huuugley appreciated because its really starting to affect gameplay.
