As it stands, animation for mobs is done using mainly sine graphs, but does anyone know at all how to have imported animation from Wavefront OBJs or another model format?
I haven't been able to dig anything else up about it, but I imagine it's possible considering the Ender Dragon has complex movement, although that could simply be a large chain of rotations based on each part's parent
Can anyone refer me to a tutorial or tool for it?

I Got a Minecraft.jar from 1.4.4 Got a Legitimate Copy of Modloader 1.4.4 And i installed Modloader(i as well Deleted META-INF) And it worked until i Installed the Mod it's self. It was Stuck at the
"Done Loading" Screen.
I see, well once I'm done updating and adding to 1.5.1, I'll release a download link for a working version (as in a .jar file)
These bugs and things occur with a lot of mods.

One major issue I have is the rotating parts of the body seem to try rotations but are then set immediately back to their previous positions, giving the effect of a quivering-limbed entity. This is big problem and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or methods I can add 'return' statements to in order to stop this from happening.
In short, I need a way of stopping all of an entity's processes, essentially creating a statue

Can you put up the source code I would really like to now how you made it so when players entered the gases they got poisoned. Did you render the gas as a block itself?
The gas is an entity with a billboarded rendering type, and the collision is based on a collision method in the entity classes

Correction, chlorine is a urine colour.
I agree with him, your mod is awesome thereby with Forge you would have much more modding options and more people would download it.
It would be really great if you could make it for SMP
Forge is not simply 'done'. It actually requires an extreme amount of time, and the fact that I've already spent so long on the Modloader version of this mod makes it rather wasteful for me to redo it entirely just for forge.

You could also add Lead that is very resistant to corrosion. For example: You could use Lead Armor to swim in acids and Lead Bucket to obtain them. Lead is also a radiation barrier.
It could be done, but custom liquids are very hard to add

Hey your mod is awesome, is it available for SMP? Is it compatible with FML?
And i've got some nice ideias, you should add sulfuric acid and radioactive metals.
It doesn't work for SMP, or FML and I currently have no plans for either. Acids were added, but removed before release, I may re-add them. Radioactivity will most likely be added, thanks for your suggestion
