Abusive staff make sure you never join this server
Don't listen to him - he got mad because somebody killed him and took his diamonds, and even angrier after the admin wouldn't spawn some for him. He proceeded to cuss out people and spam profanity.
Reason for joining: I'm looking for a fun factions server for me and my friend where we can just go dig a hole somewhere, hide, get armor and kill stuff. Nothing too fancy, no crazy chest protection and game-changing mods. Just plain factions raiding.

How active do you plan on being?: I plan on being very active, as I have lots of free time considering my age and am addicted to Minecraft, lol. I'd say I could put in anywhere from 3-7 hours a day.
Are you a good builder?: I am a decent builder, but definitely not the best. I am good at just building and adding things on the spot, but I am not good at planning before hand. I prefer to make underground complexes, as I am much better working on interior's than exteriors, but I could still make a decent above-ground building given time.
List your strong points and your weak points when it comes to Minecraft: I am very knowledgeable of all aspects of the game, and I am skilled in automating farms and making mob grinders. I am good at mining - I know the pros and cons of each mining technique. I know the layers each mineral spawns at the most. However, I am unskilled in spelunking, or any combat in that case. I am decent at redstone but if you ask me to make anything complex with it, like a calculator, I will not be able to. I am horrible at fishing and I hate exploring with a burning passion. I am content living underground off of mushrooms and lava lighting.
Plugins that you have used and are experienced with: I have used Towny, Factions, McMMO, Jobs, WorldEdit and are experienced with them. I have used VoxelSniper some and could use a little work on it. I also know how to use many misc. mods such as the MobCatcher mod, MobDisguise, Catacombs. I am absolutely clueless though about mods such as Warhub, Stargate, Multiverse, etc. I'm pretty tech savvy though so if you need me to use a mod I do not know how to use, I will just look it up.
Other games you play besides Minecraft:I play lots of Rift, League of Legends, Smite, StarCraft 2 and Skyrim. I don't really like FPS games, but I love RTS/MOBA/MMORPG games. I also used to play World of Warcraft since I was 8, but I stopped earlier this year.
Would you be active on our Mumble?: Maybe, maybe not. I'm pretty shy, but if I feel comfortable I will talk.
Write a paragraph on what you can bring to the server to help it thrive: I can bring to the server a clean, hacker free experience. I can bring everyone together with fun games and events (with permission, of course). I can advertise on Planet Minecraft, Minecraft Forum and Reddit to increase the population. I can handle whitelisting, some technical issues and player disputes. I hate hackers mainly due to the fact that once a hacking situation starts, it will snowball as the hacks/hacked items spread throughout the game. Then, decent players will be forced to hack to just stay competitive. The concept of that disgusts me, and I want to make sure that that never happens. I can also bring videos of the server - I have a microphone and the full version of Fraps, and I'm saving up for a video editing program.
Bonus - a little about myself: My name is Jared and I am 13 years old. I currently live in San Diego, but I've been all over the US (Hawaii, Colorado, Oregon - my parents like moving.) I am very tech-savvy, picking up my first video game at 7 and writing my first JavaScript at 10. I own an XBox with a live subscription and love playing premade games. I love riding bikes, swimming, climbing trees, and playing video games. I hate rain, most types of cake, and fish.
I have been playing Minecraft since Christmas Day of 2010 ( surprise present from Mom ). I'm mainly a singleplayer person due to the modding potential, but I've recently turned to multiplayer to try something new. I am trying to write mods for Minecraft, and am learning fast - give me a few months and I could possibly develop some plugins for the server .

17+. That sucks and it is a very large generalization, considering most of Minecraft's player base, myself included are minors.
Not all non-adults are immature, and you are excluding a large population just because of prejudice. I would love to join but I guess no matter how I act/perform I can't join the server simply because of my age.
Here, I'll help you bring it even closer to 50 - this challenge is shi*. You copy and pasted the wiki, didn't bother to format it at all (other than spoilers). You didn't put much effort at all in here.
Too many nonsensical restrictions and useless little tweaks rather than gameplay altering challenges - the first thing that comes to mind is the boots idea. Also, you can't expend your ocean? No. With work it would be nice, but for now, no.

Must have towny/factions
Must have McMMO
Must have some sort of virtual economy (not gold bars)
Must be very new
Must have a mature owner
Must have a medium amount of slots.
