    is there an official texture pack that will be used for futurecraft? if so, what is it? ive found some that would fit it quite perfectly. A texture pack like Dark Matter, MineWars, New World or any of the MK.XV series would be quite good, there could be more but these are the ones ive found that have been quite good, although some arent fully finished. Even a mix of the best of each would be pretty amazing for building ships

    He is planning to, its just that he also has a life and doesnt spend all his time updating this mod. It also doesnt help that mojang is updating minecraft so quickly, especially now that mods have to work for smp aswell so he has to recode alot of stuff. But from what few things he has said in the Zeppelin Mod forum, he is planning to update.

    SPACESHIP MOD

    I have no idea how to make mods for minecraft and even if i did this would be way out of my league but anyway this forum is for ideas.

    So i have this idea that came to me as currently I'am doing a project which involves building a massive spaceship and i'm not exaggerating when i say massive, and while i was building this, i thought of something cool that could involve people who like the idea of spacecrafts:
    • Firstly, some kind of Mod that can make your spacecraft fly, similar to the Zeppelin mod, but one that can actually take a whole lot of blocks into the sky instead of a smaller number of blocks that the Zeppelin Mod can carry. Also one that isnt so flawed.
    • Secondly, a Mod that can actually involve you going into space. I know theres a Mod such as AstroCraft which can do this, but you need to build a portal to get to space and who can fit a spaceship through a portal?? I'm talking more of somehow flying your spacecraft straight up into the sky of your Minecraft world, through the clouds and eventually breaking atmosphere into space, which could practically be a whole different world, with meteors, rocks etc.

    For example, wouldnt it be nice to build a massive assault carrier, with weapons, hangar bays etc and not just make it fly, but be able to take it into space where there is so much room for you to fly around and destroy things. It would especially be fun in multiplayer or private servers were friends and whatnot.

    Another mod that is probably impossible would be to jump from your server to another in something similar to a Hyperspace jump. This would be cool as not only would you be able to jump into Hyperspace, but also take your entire spacecraft to another server to either show off to them or battle them or whatever.

    So this is a few ideas for a Spaceship Mod for all those out there interested in building massive spacecrafts. I know these Mods sound a little too good to ever be true, I just thought it would be nice if someone atleast tried (as i have no idea how to mod at all) and this is a thread for ideas anyway.

    I think it would be cool if there was not just a portal into space, but also if you could go straight up from the world through the sky and into space, that way you're able to fly (if youre in creative or have some sort of mod) straight up or fly bigger creations that you have made that cant fit into the portal into space

    This mod isnt working for me. I have modloader and i do everything correctly (installation) but when i load up minecraft, when it gets to the mojang page right after loging in, the screen goes white and this message comes up:

    As you can see, modloader works because its able to load the too many items mod, but then when i put the zeppelin mod on the game crashes.
