There was an issue with one of the plugins which was causing the block interaction issues. It has been resolved.
Currently the chat will simply have colored names for your rank (Signs to be posted soon but the colors haven't changed since pre 1.8.1.) The Rank name will be introduced later once an issue with that plugin is resolved (or I have time to do the manual workaround.)

each returning player (Already Resident or above) is eligible for 1 diamond pickaxe. Contact Either Davos or Stragis to receive yours! This offer is good until 10/7. You may only receive 1 diamond pickaxe from an admin during this time.

Ya know, I haven't really thought about it much, I can come up with characters on the fly.
My current skin is that of a king so I'll probably start a faction and role-play it out that rout.
I have a ton of friends who play MC so I can probably get them to join Massive craft as my followers.

As I said before I could bring a bunch of people into massive craft If I like it here, But in general this game is about having fun and that's what I aim to do. I don't tolerate griefing so you can count on the fact I'll never do it, and I'll try to help fix griefing in most instances.

I like the idea of being able to save my items when you create a new world and this server seems to update quicker than my main server. Its a novel Idea, what even when your creations are getting screwed you don't have to start at ground zero in the next world.
The 1.8 update adds random villages to the world, When will the server reset so we can take advantage of this sort of thing? Also, whenever the server is capable of supporting 1.8 I'll be returning to the server.

After the things that transpired at the SITH faction home, Myself and Terracore will not be logging in for awhile. I give kudos to Davos_kanter and IAPhoenix for doing their best to repair the damages and punish the offenders but I just don't think I want to play on a server where I can't have any faith that my buildings and my faction members will be protected. I find it really pathetic that the griefers didn't even have the balls to declare war on us to destroy our things. I feel they have taken advantage of the game mechanics. I'll probably come back every once in awhile to see how things are but I don't think I can have fun here anymore. I've promoted JnBarcus to moderator and interim leader of SITH.
I'm going to give robszombies the benefit of the doubt. There are currently a couple bugs with the client side clock. I'm working on getting these sorted out so that not only will the hacks not work, bugs like this wont happen in the future. Rob has been unbanned.

i have been playing for about 6 months

Mine and Terracore's NetherRack fortress keeps getting grief-ed the first couple times just a few things were stolen from boxes but now it has gone too far. someone keeps destroying what we've worked so hard to build. they are destroying our light stone and stealing it. breaking glass. robbing our boxes and putting out all our fires, causing creepers to spawn and blow up more things. I didn't donate to this server just to have all my things destroyed when I'm not looking.
I'd like to suggest and receive some feed back from the following Idea.
I propose that when the Server switches to whitelist that we generate a completely new world, that that will not have all the greifer's houses, attempted hacks, and will have more building room for our valued residents and more natural resources for them to find and use in skillful creative ways.
The core idea behind this server is to create a server that is open to the public, friendly, and secure. A whitelist would violate this core mission I set out to achieve when starting the server. If it were a whitelist server, I wouln't need any moderators.
Well as it stands It is not secure nor is it very fun to play, at least in my opinion, I know there are others who agree with me.

I'm using Build #1149 on my home server and I haven't encountered any errors. The only plugin I'm using is Essentials though.
