I've been getting a similar error to this, and I can't find a way to solve it.
Allocate 0 memory in the "Setup" screen, too much memory is being allocated. Start a game and hit "F3" to see how much memory is being used, then exit and set a little above the max being used.
Also make sure that the latest Java is installed by uninstalling the current one then install a newest downloaded copy. If you have 64bit OS make sure to download Java 64bit also, as the auto update on their website only detects browsers.
can Winamp rip the music into .FLAC? What about .ogg? Or maybe the other way around - can Winamp burn a .flac or an .ogg to a CD?
I haven't used Winamp for many years now, but MediaMonkey allows you to do just that and much more. It's one of the best archive programs around IMO, give it a try.
Anyways what is the "Could not reserve enough space for object heap" thing? Iv'e tried to lower and raise my MB but that does nothing. Please help
Set the allocation to 0 in the Setup screen. Start a game then hit the F3 button to see how much RAM is being used by MC. After watching it for a bit allocate just a little above the max you witnessed.
its great all you need to do is add a way to run 1.3.2 and snapshots and run them sepratly
Setup a file system similar to the one below by creating a "Configurations" folder inside of the "\bin" directory then point a configuration to the appropriate jar file.
I cant get optifine light to work, if you need it heres my log, but before that,If you have forge, its supossed to have errors right?
If its a simple mistake, im not good with mods.
OptiFine Lite is not compatible with any mod loaders. Download the Ultra edition as it gives many ways to tweak it.
Does this by any chance have an offline mode, most launchers seem to only function in online mode. Looking for just basic offline mode.
And for the zealots who come rushing to respond ,i do own the game, dont play online and have a lan bukkit server for the kids blocked from the net "."
There is a "Test" button in the "Setup" screen that is offline play. And don't worry as that's all I play. I have my own reasons but I do actually own the game too....lol
I'm glad you enjoy it and thank you for sharing this picture. The wheat isn't really done, in my opinion. It needs the top that I don't know the name of... They'll stay like that for now.

Man I view your pack on a 72" television, and we all know what happens when graphics gets viewed at that size if they are not up to par. This pack is way above par. And you consider that not done?.....
I really like the idea, but I'm still having trouble with the "No Mods Found" thing. What do I do about mods that have class files mixed in with everything else, like twilight forest or pixelmon?
Twilight Forest works fine as is. For Pixelmon unzip the downloaded file then put the "Database" folder into "config" then place the "Pixelmon1.7.zip" that is located within the extracted "Mods" folder to wherever you put your mods at then add to ML list.
The "No Mods Found" really doesn't mean much as about every one I have tried works. Only a few rare cases that haven't worked but it's slim.
why does my minecraft crash when they start to fight
(crashes like 30 seconds to 1 minute when fighting), all i have installed in clay solider mod and forge universal
There is still a bug with particles. Go into the Video settings and turn particles to Minimum.
Hello How to install RailCraft mod with "Magic Launcher"? He wrote me an error "no mods found". I tried to pull out the folder "railcraft" and stuff it in the game itself, but the result is the same.
Just add it to the list. Even though it says no mods found it loads up fine. Be sure to check the ingame Mods menu because ML hasn't been fully updated to say it's found, it's just superficial.
those tool like his belong to the past since magic launcher exists and when minecrafts offical mod api comes there will probably will be something similar to the magic launcher in the standard minecraft launcher
Yes you are right. All one has to do is look at how any modern game, such as Skyrim for example installs mods. They do it just like ML does it's business. Even my favorite game ArmA 2 does it this way, that's why I stuck with it.....
my recommendation to you people.... manual mod to the point when you can easily detect a crash and fix or remove it, you guys have it easy now as most mods are simply mod folder mods with forge, if you dont know what your doing when you try to install a mod magic launcher might install a mod folder mod to your jar... bad things might happen..
What are you on about? ML does not touch any game files, it's handled internally within it's program.
ETA: Meh, just a hit and run promotion scare tactic to use his hacking program because he knows he is not allowed to bump his own thread.. Nothing to see here, move along....lol
Question: If Forge and Modloader can't play nicely together, is there any other way to make HD texture packs function when I'm using CSM? It would make me much happier if there was...

Place the current ".minecraft" folder into a backup one then start MC by itself to start clean.

Same thing as above. OptiFine has nothing to do with it.
