What do you mean? Like, how to install them? How to make them? Or all the technicalities of mods?

Mods just add things or "modify" the game. They can change things, add things, and do all sorts of stuff.

It's mostly just a rainbow pig, it's cool but not much use from it.

I think it would be cool if it was Hostile to the player, but could be tamed by feeding it something. It's attacks could be like charge, pounce, and strike. Charging would be where it runs at you, and if it hits it does like 5 hearts. Pounce would be it jumping at you and doing 2 and a half hearts of damage, and strike would do 3 hearts.

When it's tamed, it could be fed a Nether Star and then grow wings and be able to fly. Then you could saddle it and control its flight with a Golden Carrot on a stick :D.

Ok, first things, polish up you're English. Most people won't bother to reply to a thread that's poorly written.

Second off, there are no "free" servers.

If you want a free server, host it yourself. Oh and don't use hamachi, it's pointless.

They're talking about "Mianite" the God in their series that can do all that. It's really nowhere other than their series.

Feed The Beast is a modpack launcher. http://www.feed-the-beast.com/

There are tons of different modpacks to choose from in the launcher. It basically creates a new .minecraft folder that is made for the modpack you choose. You don't need to install any mods yourself, the launcher does it for you. Download the FTB launcher, select a modpack you want to play, hit the install button. It creates a new .minecraft in a separate directory. There are dedicated FTB servers, you just need to look around. I would recommend Magic World to start, it's super fun. You can also add some mods manually if you like.

Wow, this looks awesome. I'll play it when I have some time, and I have to say I am pumped! I would love to be a player in Season 2, my IGN is rockwayportals, but it could change on February 4th. I'll edit my post if that's the case.

posted a message on Help making a CTM map
Not a lot of redstone is required, you could just make some simple traps and stuff. Use a LOT of Command Block stuff (Mainly Teleporting or giving the player tips). You can do this by Doing /tp @a ~ ~ ~. Or doing /say Click the button! after a player presses a tip button. I would also suggest using the tellraw command (Look up a tutorial) for shops and such. Make it compatible for both SP and MP. That's where the @a command comes into play. You COULD make a Multiplayer version that just has more stuff in each chest. Custom mobs probably are preferred (maybe for a boss monster or a special mob in one area) but aren't necessary. Hope this helped :-)

Elf, because I am a HUGE tolkien fan and the elf race reminds me of the Wood Elves of Mirkwood. They are swift on land and even faster in the trees, and the barrage of arrows is pretty sick.
