CPU usage is 14%

So my minecraft fps is 30. thats the same as in crysis full graphics.
Any way 2 improve this, witout changing fov?

I'm running a minecraft smp server.
Suddenly minecraft crashed. ok, so i started minecraft again, and connected to the server. crash.
If i use another account i can connect, and play.
just not on MY account.
I think it's something about the position of the player... so how can i reset my position, when i'm online for a half secound?

No problems with the other users...
help?
