How do i fix this problem with nei. When I play the game it says error written in nei and some othr stuff. I hope some one can fix this

Banned Items- Nukes, Any Giant Explosions, Tnt or Other small explosion Devices can only be used underground

Rules-
No Griefing
No Hacking Or spawning in items
No X-Ray
When your done playing quit the Hamachi and let others play, It will soon use port forward
No destryoing other People Stuff
DO NOT TOUCH VILLAGES, you can take wheat but replace it
Replace Trees After cutting them down
Those Are the rules for now

Plugins- Lockette, Essentials ,LumberJack
More anti-griefing plugins will be added

Time- This server wont be on all the time, In America Mon.-Fri.: 4 to 10 or later, Sat.-Sun.: All day maybe

The Owner of the Server is DelicousFudge and also plays Survival with regular players

no it says its 26 mods but its only buildcraft and redpower and ic 2. You have to install them seperately

Why is Minecraft slow. i have 26 mods, basically like 5 because i have redpower, ic 2 and all those sick mods.
Anyways im able to get on to the main menu and then i go to my saved game (it worked fine until now) and then its slow. I have that java -xm1024 something something something and optifine what do i do. my game is like 19000 mb
