I would run the plugin side of the server, meanwhile my other two friends would run the discipline and financial side of the server. I'm also a very kind individual. I can make a person laugh even when they're having a bad day.

Why are you applying?: Not really sure what is up for grabs, so I'll let you decide.
Why do you think you are worthy?: I think I'm worthy because I've had experience running and owning a server. I used to own a server called "CredoCraft". I am also currently staff on two servers that are in development. The only reason that I'm applying for another position is because I'm afraid of where these two servers will be going. I enjoy being staff on servers, which is why I like applying. Also, it's a good way to make friends.
Past staff experiences: Currently staff on two servers. I've owned a server, and I am experienced with plugins. I've also been staff on multiple other servers, none of which are most likely still online.
How long have you played Minecraft for?: 2 years, roughly.
Do you prefer quality or quantity?: Quality. But if it has to do with sweets/cookies, that's a different story. Just being honest.
What makes you different from everyone else?: I'm funny. I can make a person laugh. I'm also a great person to talk to, or come to when you're having a bad day. Also, I don't judge people. You could be gay, straight, lesbian, white, black, asian, tall, short, etc.. I don't care, you're a person and have the right to be treated as everybody else.
Rank You Are Applying For: I'm not quite sure which to choose. I'm quite good at configuring plugins, but not developing them. I'd be willing to learn how to develop them. Please tell me which position you would see fit for me.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? I have been playing Minecraft for about 2 years or so, not too long.
What are your strengths in Minecraft? I'm a good builder, plus I have a good taste! I prefer to build more "modern" looking structures. Although, if it looks good, my eye also tends to follow wooden, "older" looking structures. One of my other strengths in Minecraft, would be that I have experience managing a staff team. I recently owned a server with my friend Gibby, which has been disbanded due to a dispute, he paid for it, while I did all the work. To me, that sounded like an equal trade, due to the fact that I enjoyed running a server! One of the reasons I'm looking for a new server, would be that I miss being able to help create something that other people will be able to enjoy.
What are you weaknesses in Minecraft? My weaknesses would probably be that I am very forgiving, and sometimes too tender. If somebody uses a "slang" word or offensive term, I usually get offended, even if it doesn't effect me. Also, on the "very forgiving" part: I tend to let smaller things pass by, and give people second tries. Sometimes third.
What makes you different from the 'average Joe'? What makes me different from the 'average Joe'? I am able to connect with many different people. No matter their sexuality, gender, ethnicity, etc.. I don't care if you're gay, straight, female, male, black, white, asian, or anything else you can list off. As long as you're a good person, then I will be able to connect with you.
Prior Minecraft Staff Experience? I used to Co-Own a server called "Credo-Craft" about 8 months ago or so, not quite sure on the time-frame. Me and my friend Gibby ran it, he paid for it, meanwhile I configured the plugins, built spawn, shops, and almost everything. I didn't mind that though, I enjoyed every minute of it. The only reason that it was taken down is because he turned pretty nasty towards my bestfriend. She recently came out as bisexual, and he completely shut her down. I felt so bad. Therefore, I left him with the server, and he shut it down.
I also helped build most of the structures for Shadowake [IGN: Shadowake], on his server.
Prior Minecraft Building Experience? I built most of the structures on my old server that I ran with Gibby, and me and my friend Olivia built a good portion of the structures on Shadowake's server
How well do you work with people? (immature people, kids, know-it all's, etc.) How well do I work with immature people? I would say pretty well. If they feel like trolling me, then I'll let them have their fun. If it gets out of hand, or they target another player, that's when I'll take action. I'm actually quite good with kids. Know-it all's, however, I can't stand. Although, that doesn't mean that I can't handle them. I can handle them and keep my cool.
Why are you Weed and Freed's next new Staff Member? Why am I Weed and Freed's next new Staff Member? I believe I should be the next staff member because I have experience with people, minecraft, building, and plugins.
How much time can you devote to Weed and Freed DAILY? I can devote all-day on weekends, and 5-8 hours on weekdays.
What traits/qualities do you possess that make you a true qualifier for this opening? I'm experienced, kind, funny, caring, forgiving, and to be honest with myself, I think I'm an overall good person.

Minecraft literally won't launch. I open it up, hit play (for 1.7.10), it says it's downloading, and then the play button just lights up again. It won't launch 1.7.10 or any other version. Please help
