That could be caused by any number of things. Perhaps you are running a Continuum version that's older and isn't compatible with the Minecraft version you are throwing at it. If you have other shaders functioning fine and Continuum is the only one that fails, then we can conclude that you are likely using an outdated version of Continuum.
D3NVER,
Don't know if you were asking Sonic Ether or myself, but I remember when Robobo and I were messing around with the SEUS RC2. It didn't work originally in newer versions of Minecraft. It was bugged in the beginning, like the SEUS RC5 because it was old. I'm barely a dev, if at all, so I wouldn't even begin to know the intricacies that are required to update and old shader to new versions of the game.
As for myself, I was sold the minute I heard those glorious cave steps. Same with my brother, and now he's off to try the mod on his own computer with his 7.1 surround sound headsets. Point is, awesome doesn't even describe how good this mod is. It's hard now to think of Minecraft without these sounds. Man, why hasn't Mojang offered to add this in as a permanent feature?! Great job dude!
Here's my attempt at driving some more traffic towards this. Without a doubt, EVERYONE needs to try Sound Physics for themselves.
Perhaps you could turn up your Minecraft's ShadowResMul to 2.0000 in the shaders options menu. You could also set your shadow resolution to 4096 if you can run it. If this doesn't fully fix the problem then well.. yeah. My two cents.

I am 100% sure it's hacked. Pay no attention to it. I'll see if there's anything I can do to help.

For JosiahR, this should do it.
final.fsh | LIne 581 | Change the number after fog density to 0.0 (I'll be alerting Past Life Pro on this tip in a future tutorial.)
Enjoy

For PieSappinMyCake, you could try this:
You're right, it's not the same as you'd expect. Some code needs to be written in. Just follow along, and you'll be good to go.

I've used the SEUS V11 in Minecraft version 1.9.4 and as well as 1.10.2. I know those work.

Enjoy the cinematic dude. Turned out amazing!
Nice work on the POM and PBR.

This shader looks very nice. Definitely, I'll try this soon. I can't wait to see where the development takes this one!
