So if you could follow that it would be cool. Its not going to spam anything, I only use those to inform people when im streaming.
As to WHAT I stream, I stream Xbox 360 footage of mostly what the viewers want. I take suggestions towards buying new games, and anything else to keep my viewers happy.
I've done this before so I do have experience with it, don't think its just some noob trying to livestream stuff. I had a fanbase and everything in the past, and I decided to get back into it.
Notch can't sue this man, unless a part of minecraft's code is stolen and put into this game. Which I highly doubt. The graphics are better, so it looks good for me, the game isn't out yet so none of you can say that it sucks yet please. Its 80 Microsoft Points, which doesn't even sum at a dollar, which will attract lots of people. People that have had PC problems and couldn't play minecraft will definitely be buying this.
This guy might even make a whole different game, just because it uses cubes it doesn't mean that it's a ripoff of minecraft. That would make tetris a ripoff too wouldn't it? I see no lawsuit in the future, in fact I see it as to be nearly impossible. Why can't you guys just give this man a chance, instead of being heartless and judging the game before it's even out, what would Notch himself think of you?
It's just the chunks constantly generating and the files having to be read over and over.
Also it could do with some optimizing.
Yeah, but im on a laptop, 2GB RAM, so optimizing, would mean to open up the machine and modify the motherboard and make sure anything I add is compatible.
Hey I was just wondering how much memory minecraft uses while you have it running? Mine uses 700MB of memory almost all the time, is this normal? Any way to decrease it? Maybe some issues with Java?

And yeah, im jus't rendering some videos in the background, and that's when it gets slow.
I use Camtasia to edit and produce my projects.

Well yeah, but I bought the RAM for a reason, I needed to actually run a 600MB+ process but yet, while it does, it makes everything extremely slow.
2.00GB RAM
Windows 7 32-bit
Dual Core
223GB Hard Drive
Display Adapter: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Any ideas on how to actually use 100% of my 2.0GB Ram? Because at 600MB+ memory use everything just gets very very slow.

But yeah, optimizing it like that would be the last thing on notch's list to do I think, since not many people are complaining about it.

Dangerous stuff

Well it's not actually a problem for me RAM-wise, it's just bothering that whenever I play minecraft, every other application becomes slower.
I play many PC Games, mostly shooter games, and they reach at about 300MB Max, but minecraft somehow totally overpowers it.

Just need to know i'm not the only one.
