o-o That Was Very Rude Its Called A Simple Texture Pack You Haven't Even Played The Pack Then Why Get Made I Updated It And I Rather Surprise Downloaders

No no no no. This is not a simple pack - this is a cliche as all get out 'fill-em-up-with-blandness' pack. If you're wanting to make a good simple pack then you should be aiming to create interesting visuals by using minimalist patterns and vibrant colour choices. A good example of a simple pack:LINK

But then you'd just be making what everyone else has already made and been critiqued for time and time again. A good simple pack creates interesting and appealing visuals by placing simplistic but interesting patterns onto each and every texture, and by using vibrant and eye-catching colours. Flat colours, bluntly put, are the opposite of interesting.

If you want to create a nice looking simple pack without using loads of nifty patterns and such, take a look at Tiny Pixels. This pack thrives on its excellent colour choices as apposed to the details on each block.

Thanks for reminding me about the TAU because I sorta forgot it was a thing (I haven't been on this forum in ages). Thanks for the feedback though, and now you mention it the stone does seem much too dark.

I initially posted this in Resource Pack Help but I didn't get any feedback (Although the thread hasn't been there for long so I'm probably just impatient).

So I was making textures today and I made this dirt texture which looks pretty awesome in my opinion. I thought the dirt would make a nice looking stone texture as well if I edited the colours a bit, and boom! Two textures which look mighty fine, but of course if I were to use these in a pack I can't use both since they're essentially the same texture except they're coloured differently.

Which texture looks better? Depending on the result I'll make a new dirt or stone texture.

    Dirt

    Stone

posted a message on Is Wii U Worth Buying?
It's worth buying because not only is off-play on the gamepad great but it also has a nice selection of games available (Super Mario 3D world, Mario Kart 8, Wind Waker HD and Hyrule Warriors) with more great games too come such as Super Smash Bros. 4 and Xenoblade Chronicles X. Also the Virtual Console has a nice selection of games available.

posted a message on Is it worth it to buy Shadow the Hedgehog?
While its true that Shadow The Hedgehog is garbage compared to other games in the franchise like CD and the Adventure games. Shadow isn't THAT bad, its fairly entertaining imo. Its worth buying if your really bored and have nothing to play.
