We don't want your textures. We want pictures to see the mod working and to make sure it's not a virus. Every other mod on the forums is doing it, and I'd consider downloading it if I could see what the mod does and if it's legit. So yeah; no pics, no clicks.
EDIT: Besides, if we were to download your mod, we'd have your textures and could edit them/put them in a texture pack all we want.
Nether Quartz has Nether in the name. It is meant to make the Nether have more of a purpose, (which it still severely lacks in my opinion) and is already common enough in the Nether.

This suggestion is very common, and this version of it is very vague. How do these mobs fight? How much health do they have? What use are the items? What does the terrain look like? You suggest a lot of content, but fail to back it up with details.

Private servers, for pure survival are almost always better. Just buy your own server, or host one at home, whitelist it, and only let your friends on. Then, unless your friends grief, you have nothing to worry about. It's what me and my friends did, and we have yet to regret it. Large survival servers are bound to have griefers. You give anyone the power to destroy whatever they want, with the only threat being they have to leave, (which they, of course, don't care about.) you're bound to get some people who abuse that.
Love the idea, it's really annoying to make tall towers with diving boards in swamps right now. Though I prefer DarkStar634's idea, where it wouldn't hurt you at all. Doesn't really matter, though.

For the most part, this is already in the game. Excluding the part about hunger, mobs, tools, and mushroom stew, you can play UHC by doing /gamerule naturalRegenration false, and then only regen/health potions and golden apples will let you regen.
For that reason, no support. It's just a few extra things a mod (or, even a plug-in for some cases) could add.

Hey, would you mind if I used this mod in a modpack? It's going to be hosted on Curse, but it's intended only for members of my server. Thank you!
