But seriously, you can't put a price on blocks. If you intend to "trade" the cobblestone for diamonds, then you decide a good amount! If you have plenty of cobblestone, make it a couple thousand. If you don't have a lot of cobblestone, make it a couple hundred; or whatever amount you feel is good in your eyes. My point is that no matter who tells you how much they think a diamond should be worth, you are the one who makes the choice in the end.
If I would trade cobblestone for a diamond(I consider that cheating though), I would make it 16,384 cobblestone for one diamond.
Who says you have to play Minecraft every second of your life? If you're not inspired to play at the moment, take a break. Go outside. Enjoy hanging out with friends or playing outdoors. Or, just find another game to play(I wouldn't be the one to ask though.. you would have to research a bit about what game suits you.)
If you have your mind set on continuing to play, then why not try automating some farms? Build a castle. Replicate your real-life house in your world. Explore a bit and just take it easy. Build a village. Look at other people's creations and try to get inspired by them. There are so many things you can do! There are countless other threads about this very topic scattered in this forum. Try finding them and see what others have suggested!
Well anyways, that's pretty cool! Not very pretty though, you could try to make it look a little better. I really like how you got two enderdragons! Really cool... hope it happens to me when I visit The End in my new survival...
Not too hard. Just run around and try to find a ravine/cave system. It's not really much of a challenge. It's all about the luck of the draw. A good seed really helps.
Neither. Ruins the fun of having to make more, and is very cheap. I would probably quit playing survival if they ever implanted either of these options.

If you want the effect of "walking on air" then just use normal glass blocks. I'm not against this though, I just think that it's unnecessary.
