For all you people who have never heard of shaders, and probably won't get this, I'm just going to say that you should get it. It makes your water look amazing, especially when you use it with GLSL Shaders.
I can make this available, but it won't be an easy (due to usage restrictions), as it'll be a series of instructions on what files need to be manually adjusted from the Sphax textures in photo editing programs, so may be a bit compex for the average user.
If interested, send me a PM.
I can try to help you with legal stuff, I know one of the guys that worked on Sphax. Also, I have created textures for machines, I would upload, but I need to fix my dropbox.

Way to be upbeat about the whole thing. Personally I think that it is rather cool. Sure I thought that it had something to do with the new Wither mob, but I was still pleasantly surprised by what I found. As someone who makes extensive use of the bow in game, I greatly appreciate that the main things added are mobs and a bow.
Keep up the good work!
I know, it seems like usable material, but it just doesn't make sense.
Seriously, I thought at first this had something to do with the new Wither, but now I think it is a Pokemon mod. What does the mod have to do with "withering in the wind"? If it were my choice, I'd mark this down as FAIL
and call it a day. But it's your"mod". Do what you want with it.
