Picked up a wacom tablet today (intuos), I've started drawing some of my friends and fellow staff members. These are completely FREE as they are not anything close to being paid for. Anywho, follow the template below. Be sure to be clear on which you're wanting, a head or a full body pose. Thanks!

1.) What position are you applying for? Network Supervisor
2.)How important is this to you? Very important, I am very committed to Minecraft as I have been playing it for many years now. Last year I was an Administrator on a small public Minecraft server up until the start of this year, it sadly shut down due to lack of players, but I stayed committed to the server even when it did shut down just to try and give ideas on how to bring the server back up to its usual standards. I would say I am a very dedicated person who is very loyal and will help out when help is needed. 3.) Any past experience in this field or something similar? Yes, as I said above I was previously an Administrator for a small public Minecraft server that shut down due to lack of players. I understand what it takes to be a member of staff on a Minecraft server and I am willing to put all my effort into it.

Yes, I currently do have my own private Minecraft Vanilla server that I only go on with my two close friends, as I said they are really close to me and I know they would enjoy playing on this server also. They are very dedicated to Minecraft also, they value my opinions and also trust my judgement.

7) Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? Of course, as I said above I am a very dedicated person and I work very well under pressure as I know how important it is to improve things for others.

Since I am in England and it is currently the summer holidays, it means that I get six weeks off of school, this means that I do have a lot of time to dedicate to the server (3-4 hours a day, could be longer depending on what I am doing). During normal school days I would say 2-3 hours a day also depending on what I am doing, (could be extended).
9.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? As I said above, I was an Administrator on a small Minecraft server that shut down due to lack of players, I was very committed to that server and was very sad to see it shut down. I am a loyal person and once I get into something I enjoy doing, I stick with it.
10.) How much money can you set aside for the network/server (not necessary but will earn you a lot of consideration points)? I feel that my expertise and my knowledge of the game will add great value to the server. I am studying at school, so I don't have a job at present as I am only 14 and legally unable to work. However, I get given pocket money plus extra money for helping around the house, so if I feel that the server will benefit then I would quite happily donate some extra money to support.
11.)Anything else that I should know that may earn this application some consideration points? I am very committed to things that I do and passionate about. I am a member of a local skate park that I go to every Saturday morning for 4 hours, as I said I have my own YouTube channel that I am very dedicated to and have had some great feedback. As stated above I have been committed to Minecraft for many years and have got a lot of friends on board too who now love the game also, even my 3 year old sister!

I have been an admin on 4 different servers. 3 of them have shut down but one is still up and running and normally has about 200 players. I also owned my own server for a while where I managed the staff, the plugins and our enjin website.

5.) What is your typical way of resolving a conflict? Be specific! It depends on the conflict. If its two people going at it in the chat I would first tell them to take their conversation to somewhere private just so they don't take away from other players server experience. If it had something to do with breaking the rules I would first ask them to display any evidence, and then from there I would listen to both sides of the story and I would then make a informed decision from there.
6.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? I guess your just going to have to trust me based on my previous work and then see for yourself that I am dedicated to the job.
7.) Are you familiar with plugins? If so name some: World edit, Essentials, PEX, World Guard and i'm a little bit familiar with VoxelSniper.
8.) Anything else that I should know that may earn this application some consideration points? I'm a hard worker and someone who's fun to be around with but I can lay down the law when I need to.

2.) Any past experience in the field or something similar? I have co-owned and owned 3 servers (Now closed down), I have been a moderator on a semi-successful factions server. And I have been Head-Admin on a growing server that got closed down.

5.) What is your typical way of resolving a conflict? Be specific! If it's a situation such as, spam or advertising, I handle it with a 2 warnings system and then a ban. So for example with spam, I first kick the player (or warn them if they just do a little spam), then the 2nd time, I jail and possibly mute them, after I unjail them, I calmly tell them that that was their final warning and if they do it again its a ban (or tempban depending on the situation). For advertising, I mute the player, warn them, and then the next time I ban them. If its griefing, I check the grief and then depending on how much I take a screenshot and then either tempban or ban the player who griefed.
6.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? I will come on everyday that I can, helping players and dealing with rulebreakers and I will be on more on weekends. I would also never abuse my powers.
7.) Are you familiar with plugins? If so name some: WorldEdit, Essentials, Multiverse, Logblock, Lockette, chestshop, Some WorldGuard and permissions knowledge, Factions (these are just some of the plugins I'm familiar with)

I am a very friendly player, and if I'm not busy I will help other players as well as play with them if it's a minigame. When it comes to rulebreakers I am harsh but fair, as I will always talk it out with the player and see what happened in case they are innocent.
