Hello my name is Brandon I would like to apply for staff/Helper on the Towny/survival server.
My minecraft user name is all caps NBHOWN and I am currently 15 years old right now.I currently have not donated to any of the AEM servers yet.I am on the server at least 3-4 times a weak or more and i spend at least 1 hour on the server at a time.(usually more depending whats going on)I try to vote for the server as often as i can sometimes i just get caught up in the game.My experience as a mod is good i have been a mod several times but those servers have been shutdown i know how to mute,ban,temp-ban,IP ban,i give warnings before banning/mute i don't enjoy using those commands but do what needs to be done.I have not broken any rules on any of the servers on the AEM network.I dont have any experience with forums/forum moderation.I understand the punishments that coincide with the rules.I think im the best for this postion because im easy going,dont abuse powers,know most mod commands i know close to every command on towny,and ik how to handle situations.
Hypothetical Questions
1.if i had 10 people on that needed me i would help the person who either 1.been waiting the longest 2.Help is more important(like being griefed) or 3.ask assistance from another moderator.
2.I would first ask them if any of them had evidence if not if i had acces to block check tools i would check blocks around the grief for any signs of grief no evidence found by me i would ask the players to please continue playing the game and if u did grief dont do it again.
3. I would Instantly mute the player and then privately message the player that spamm/advertising is bad and that you may be unmuted in 5 minutes if they keep spamming i would then jail them then they kept spamming then i would mute them longer that they kept spamm i would ban them.if they kept advertising after i told them not to i would tell them to appeal at forums and ban them.
4.I would explain to the player that i do not feel comfortable doing what he/she is asking and will direct my question to higher authority.
5.I would screen shot everything i see and try to contact higher authority as soon as possible or i would try to ban him my self so he stops his abuse.
6.I would direct player to frequently asked question board or i would have them read the rule board or if they are in lobby i would tell them to click there compass and join a server they want to play.

Ya so I joined the server and made a town not realizing it makes a spawn automatic so right when I made it I was killed by someone named xxxminecraftnoobxxx oh and note I had only been online for less then ten minutes +I had every item I owned becaus I just joined so I'm pretty ed. What do you look forward to most in a server:A fun server that is family friendly so i can invite family on the server and towny and jobs and to have a good time. I will be your friend if you xcept me as a friend.

and i would like to be mod im very familiar with plugins i had my own server once but anyways im responsible and im better at mod then building.But ik everyone who asks for mod says this stuff so you probably read this and said wow nothing new here.
BUT i can change thing on your server ik every command for towny and faction plugins and i play legit if asked to. i can make your server popular with non stopping players i can bring 1-5 players on the server by just telling them its awesome and theyll join.anyways if i get excepted please send me an email or skype me.
