I believe I have located your ticket and this should have now been resolved. This was not our intention at all for this to occur - for some reason our system did not receive the payment confirmation from PayPal.
We've been in business for almost 5 years and have a very strong reputation - we process hundreds of payments per day, so this kind of issue is very rare. Unfortunately there are times issues like this can occur that are beyond our control, however when something like this does occur we certainly can resolve it.
