I've been trying to get MCHeli to work on my server for a really long time and my server works fine without it, but with it my server crashes on start. Here is the latest log:

We are a real life roleplaying server, where you can act as if you were a character of your choice in a realistic city setting. We also have lots of fun and exciting features to spice up your roleplaying. We aim to make the server as realistic as possible.
Currently we have:
- Cars that you can purchase at the dealership, for easier transportation around the city, along with busses with bus stops placed all around.
- Government positions, such as city council members and mayors that can be won in elections by politicians.
- College exams that allow you to specialize your work in a specific area, which can be done at the school.
- A realistic, player ran economy that serves as a foundation to the server.
- So many more features that can be viewed in game at spawn, by pressing 'F', or by doing /help
How to join:
Currently we are still in closed beta/early release, so you are required to fill out a quick form to be whitelisted on the server. Also because we are in closed beta, we ask that you please report all bugs that you find to a staff member or post them on the forums.
Why are you applying?: I am applying because i love minecraft and even more i love running servers. I had some experience a couple of years ago where i became an op for a server and it was the Most fun ive ever had in minecraft. I like to watch things grow. This server has a lot of potential and i would like to be apart of that
How do you plan to help our server?: By managing with the in flow of users and the constant server maintenance. I have some experince with java so i know how to fix things when they break. I have been using servers to play with my friends for years.

Today I am looking for a partner for my up coming real life role-playing server NewportMC. I have done most of the plugin set ups for our initial beta release, but I need a professional, active, and responsible server partner to help me with managing staff, server planning, and just doing general work. I would prefer if you could code a bit, and could help with payments (I have all the hosting covered for a while, but we will need something for advertising and custom plugins down the line). I don't believe in taking server donations for my self, so all left over donations will go right back into the server, not our pockets.

I'm the owner of Cryptic Survival. We're a very small community trying to grow a little, and I'd love it if you'd join. We currently have a simple town system, an economy, thirst, shops, custom items and achievements, and a few more things.
In the Windows start menu/screen(On Windows 10 use Cortana), search for "cmd" (without quotes). Right-click on the result listed as "cmd.exe", and choose Run as Administrator. Type this command then hit enter: netsh winsock reset
If you did it properly it will tell you it needs to restart your computer. If it says anything else, you didn't open it as admin or typed it wrong.
After the restart, see if it works normally. If not do the following.

Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log in a spoiler/code tag in your reply.
I don't pay that much for hosting at all... there are server hosts that sell 8 gigabyte servers for 15-20 bucks a month, and those can host 40-50 players, or more depending on the plugins and other resources that the server has available... all you need to do is search for a few minutes to find a cheap, reliable host...
