    Could you send me your minecraft log?

    It should be "fml-client-latest.log" inside the log folder

    Hey, I looked at the code yesterday, and I believe I found the issue. If I'm correct it's due to the id of the pieces being case sensitive, which I did not take into account.


    I have uploaded a new version: 1.0.3, it should work now!


    ! You will have to delete your equipment_sets.json to let it recreate itself, then paste back into the new one, the changes you made :) !

    I'm not sure, the syntax looks good, no problem there.

    The only thing I can think of, is that maybe the modId is wrong? or the name of the piece is wrong?

    How about the other file, [equipment_tiers.json] do you have the tier "PLATE" defined there? If not that could also be the issue!

    If neither is the issue, please send both files so I can have a look at it.

    This mod creates 2 config files in the standard minecraft config folder: "equipment_sets.json" and "equipment_tiers.json"


    ➢ equipment_sets allow you to create sets, where you define the pieces of the set, it's tier and the potion effects (if any).

    The pieces are defined using the modid it's from ('minecraft' for vanilla items) and the name id (check here for vanilla items).

    The potion effects are defined by their potion effect id (see table) and their efficiency (how powerful the effect is).


    ➢ equipment_tiers allow you to create different tiers of clothing, where you define the name of the tier, the weight of the item (not used yet, will be used by a different mod I'm creating: Realistic Weight Modifiers), and the speed modifier that affects the player speed for each item worn (The speed modifier does not apply for whole sets, but checks each of the 4 item worn: helmet, chestplate, leggings, shoes, and affects the players speed for each, even from different tiers).


    ⚠︎ The standard vanilla speed is 0.1f

    Hey, sorry for the late reply, I've been on vacation with no internet.

    At the end of each '[ ]' from pieces in the first config, you add a comma even though there is no '[ ]' after, remove that comma each time:

    Have you looked at IngameInfoXML?

    It works for minecraft 1.8, and it should be as easy as adding this to the xml file:

    To create the file, start up a minecraft world, type /igi save "IngameInfoOverlay.xml"
    Go in your minecraft directory, then into the config folder, and find the file created above.

    Paste the above code into the file, then go back into minecraft, and write /igi load "IngameInfoOverlay.xml"

    Or /igi reload if you already loaded it but wanted to edit something in the file, no need to restart minecraft.

    Realistic Armor Tiers is a minecraft 1.12.2 mod, making wear armor feel more RPG-like.
    The different armor types modifies the players speed when worn, leather will make you run slightly faster, while diamond makes you slightly slower.
    Wearing full sets will apply different amplitudes of potion effects for as long as the player wears the full armor. Everything if fully customisable from the armor affected, to the speed modifiers, and even the potion effects and their amplitude (if you want any) when wearing a full set.
    Support for other mods has been added and should be working.

    Hey, nice map!

    I found a little issue, not big yet annoying, that should be easy to fix!

    When I started in that room/cell, I pressed the button, nothing happened (didn't knew I had to wait), so I pressed it again, nothing happened so I just waited, and then I got teleported. What I then noticed, was that the text/dialogue in the chat was written twice, not sure if there's other problems that will come out of this, so I just redownloaded the map, pressed once, and now it works fine! I guess that's what I get for being impatient!

    posted a message on Extinguishing a Buildcraft oil fire
    If anyone managed to fix it, I'd love to hear the solution:




    After a thunderstorm the oil took fire. I tried to remove the top oil block, and those under but it didn't work...
    SP commands is not an option, but I am also prepared to go into creative mode to fix this.
    My base is very close by, so the chunk is almost always loaded... I've had major lag spikes because of this, and I don't care if I must remove the oil, I just need the fire stopped!
    Too many source blocks, and even so, can't seem to locate them in all the fire...
    Help would be really appreciated!

    okay, new problem, so even though no be am light came out of the nexus, I managed somehow to link it to the mana battery...
    I have no idea how this happened but with lots of spamming it suddenly worked!
    New problem, I can't link ManaBattery to Altar, and yes it is correctly built as I managed to make spells AND link the nexus with the altar, but not the battery with the altar... The battery is close to the altar, same as nexus, so distance shouldn't be a problem! Any help?
