I've been trying to get onto the server for days, but it's always been full! I'm an avid user of Mo' Creatures (my favorite mod for 1 year, since I learned of its existence). Please, more slots!
Whales would be cool! Only spawns in 15+ blocks of water. Passive. Drops blubber, which can be used as fuel. Occasional sounds, goes to surface every minute.
I am running a Mac, 1.4.4, and I think I installed correctly. I put the "Put into mods folder" thing into the mods folder, etc. I'm pretty sure I did it right, and I deleted META-INF. Still didn't work. I can include an error report. PLEASE HELP! I really want this mod (it looks pretty dang epic).
Yes, I know there is no need, but is there a need for chickens? Is there a need for redstone? Is there a reason that all of Minecraft isn't 8x8 or 32x32?
Above the health bar, there is another bar. The left half is snowflakes, and the right half is suns. Right in the middle is a star or something. When you're in the desert, the suns go up and you lose hunger slightly faster. When it gets to the max, your health rapidly goes down, as if you were starving or drowning. If you have shade, the suns are slightly less drastic. Opposite for cold too: as it goes up, you can't move as fast. Armor helps to keep you warm.
I downloaded the map, and beat it. It was very fun, and I'm going to open a LAN server with my friends soon so they can play too. Great job and thanks for making it!
For ExtraBiomesXL, install Minecraft Forge by dropping the files into your minecraft.jar and replacing whatever it asks. Then, run Minecraft. If you get a little thing that says "FML is setting up your Minecraft enviorment!" or something like that, you're done with the first step. Then, in your bin folder, there will be a new folder called "mods". Drop the ExtraBiomes folder into there, and presto!
Same procedure for other mods, but some may need other things to be put into the jar (like Player API for Smart Moving).

Dogs: tame a wolf, feed it something (I don't know what) and it turns into a dog. The breeds are randomized. Dogs are a lot like regular wolves, but they're much more loyal and follow you more. You can breed dogs and mix them and make mutts.
