Already, we can see some potential changes in blocks and textures - for example, what appears to be stone brick, and mossy stone brick in the ruins image. What appear to be a giant red and brown mushroom can also be seen in the village screenshot, in the middle-left.
We will keep you updated as more information is released!
It's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. :smile.gif:
Both the TX-55 and Metal Gear D look as if they'd be interesting to construct. RAY would be difficult though, with its.. curvy nature? o.O
TX-55's also the smallest Metal Gear. Not only would it be interesting to construct but topping out at 6 meters tall, it also would be compact. (As opposed to REX's whopping 12 meters.)
Well, I certainly like the look of this!
Edit : looked at the spoiler. O.O' Bloody 15?159X 's for somone who can program Metal Gear As a moB. My favorite one was Metal Gear Rex
Your assignment tonight is to play a run-through of the point-and-click Macventures classic Shadowgate.
This game should give you modders some neat ideas for mods in Minecraft. Some include potential death traps, hidden passages, teleport vortexes into space, and the like. (No, I am not joking about that last one...) You might even get inspiration for new ideas along the way. Hell, you might actually want to build the whole damn castle in your own Minecraft file!
There are multiple platforms for this game, but they are not much different from each other except graphics and detail.
So go ahead. Play Shadowgate. It's a treasure trove of ideas and inspiration waiting to be discovered and put to use!
(P.S.: You really don't actually have to do this, ya know. Point-and-click games might not be your cup of tea and I understand that. But it really IS worth it if you're looking for new mod ideas, TRUST ME.)

Think of all the neat ideas you could get for some devious traps.
