posted a message on Just curious: how quickly do people give up on an unsatisfactory world?

I only stop when I stop playing minecraft, or I change my pc. And I only have 3 main worlds. A testing world, Creative World and A survival world. Both started when my laptop is fresh from the store. And when I start a world. I do flatland on testing world, and Im not picky on my creative and survival world. I adapt to the terrain given to me. And Im really happy when I get deserts near a grassy terrain. Desert biomes are really cool since it challenges me to make a town/village which would fit nicely in it. However when I get plains biome or Extreme Hills, I tend to go underground and start my colony in there. And for me, using seeds ruins the fun. Cuz you've already planned out even before creating the world. And yes, I build and plan at the same time. And I just follow the flow of my building skills.

posted a message on Make minecraft more personalized

Now guys what I mean by "personalized" is make it look how you wanted. Now Im not talking about changing textures of these blocks. Im talking about the GUI. Imagine re-arranging the main menu into something you like, or change the panorama into a slide show or just a still image. Maybe put the hotbar on the side or top? Endless possibilities! I think there are mods for this, but it'll be fancy on vanilla. What ya think?

posted a message on [THEORY] Nether isn't really what you think. (spoiler: nether is not hell)

Hello person reading my theory. First of all I just wanna repeat that this is a theory, not confirmed by mojang. So let me begin.

Nether, is not what you've thought of. Or what the majority does. You think its the hell? Oh hell no it isn't. Let's compare this nether on the overworld. Let's start with netherracks, they resemble cobble, right? Then Zombie Pigmen, looks like a mutant/hybrid thing from a pig and a zombie, with a luxurios golden sword. Ghast? Those poor souls lost in the chaos that players brought and just wanted some revenge. And yes, chaos. Looks like chaos happened in nether. Could it be a former overworld, but things went south. Or could it be the overworld itself? When you go to the nether, you need a portal, or a time machine as I call it. Because these portals, they make you travel to the future, or the aftermath of the chaos. Glad it aint a one way ticket. The advancement/achievement called "We need to go deeper" might just break the theory, since other people would think you would travel beyond bedrock to reach it. Or would you? Or just think deeper, and figure out a way to make a time machine. Well, who knows? Notch might know, but he's out. Now guys tell me what you thing about this. Is nether a future overworld? Or its all false. Drop down your theories about this, maybe prove it right or wrong. Just go ;) I'll be waiting. probably

just note, Im tired and its late night when I wrote this. So sorry if its a bit, "off" or its hard to understand. idk if Im gonna revise it. probably not 'cuz of laziness

posted a message on Does Microsoft hurts Minecraft?

Just wanna add. I think microsoft prohibiting commisioned builds, or maps are not a totally bad idea. Im a builder myself and I dont see any bad thing in here. What I think here is mojang is balancing everything. Not everyone is willing to pay for this maps, not me atleast. And the riches, would have advantage over the poor(ish) people. Hope you get what I meant

posted a message on So there's good news, and then REALLY concerning news...

(just a theory)I think the reason of mcpe having the most users is just how easy to pirate it. I mean, just send someone the apk using bluetooth or ShareIt. And there we go, another mcpe user. And having the "better together" update is like letting this kind of players play with the real players, which might give the real players a bad experience. but, probably.

posted a message on Sticky Situation (Sticky pistons and blocks not cooperating)

Base on your images, the slime block is touching the ground. And it seems that your in a flat world. The slime block is touching the ground, So it would be pulling it with the slime block, but since the ground is more than 15 blocks long, which is the limit of slime blocks, it would not pull anything. Try placing it in air or make the ground around it obsidian or anything that a slimeblock cant push. Hope this helps

posted a message on Does Microsoft hurts Minecraft?

Well, after the arrival of Microsoft into the game, Mojang adds a lot of controversial stuff (glazed terracotta, 1.9 combat) which hurts the game.

glazed terracotta are fancy, concrete blocks are good and 1.9 combat adds realism. No one wants a guy pvping with a gaming mouse, assuming it has turbo click button included like mine, cuz its real unfair. Microsoft didnt hurt the game, end of story

posted a message on When Did Minecraft Go Bad?

Minecraft went bad not because of the updates. Its because of the players. When in multiplayer there are lots of kids that are really toxic and ruins your day. Just saying
