    1.11 is officialy out!


    Thats good news, but still mojang need to get rid of the new pvp system.


    Theres a bunch of new features like the woodland Mansion and the Ilagers and Vex etc....


    Heres what they added:


    New mobs and new places to put your precious items!

    + Added cursed enchantments
    + Added the Observer block
    + Added escape portals in The End
    + Added the Shulker Shell and Shulker Box
    + Added exploration maps
    + Added the Woodland Mansion
    + Added Illagers, and the Vex
    + Added Llamas
    + New command: /locate
    - Removed Herobrine(Again)

    so I did some research and it didn't have its own wiki page so i'm going to explain it.

    So open up chat and type:/locate then press tab and it will show you what you can locate.


    It will show you the x and z co-ordinates but not the y.


    Then you /tp (the x it shows you) 98(thats what I suggest) (the z it shows you)


    If you want to locate a Fortress or an endcity you have to go to the nether or end.


    This is especially good if you wan to locate a village or a mansion or stronghold for creative players because finding them yourself is a pain.

    posted a message on Custom Elytra Question (Answered, Close Please)

    Yeah multiple Elytra's isn't reeeaaallly the issue; I want them to all have different appearances. Like angel wings, dragonfly, or whatever else.

    No change in functionality though.


    First you have to get a 1.9 texture pack, then style the elytra so it looks like whatever you want it to be.

    Second you have to make its so it says you have to download a resource pack to join the gamer(though i dont know how to do that)

    And then if they press yes, it should be the texture you want it to be.

    posted a message on Ocean Monument didn't spawn the whole thing

    First I built a scaffolding around the ocean monument with a 60x60 drop area.


    This made it easier to drop gravel for the temporary wall.


    After building the temporary gravel wall I left the area long enough to let any guardians outside the wall despawn.


    Next I built a 62x62 light-blue stained glass wall outside the gravel. Since all the newly spawned guardians were inside the gravel wall, I could build in peace.

    I used a Nether Portal for quick travel back to my base as needed (upper-right of wall in picture above).


    Then I used gravel to section off small areas that were easy to drain with sponges.


    I had already killed the Elder Guardians and drained the inside before I started on the outside. The entire original monument was harvested to build the farm. The spawn area is 58x58x16 with a lower slab roof and some solid blocks near the top of the wall (high light levels reduce spawn rates).


    The main spawn area water is suspended over open fence gates (because signs cause lag), and the guardians are funneled to a 4x4 drop (with water over the drop to prevent them from jumping over it). The funnel is also within the monument spawn area, so guardians can spawn there as well.


    The guardians fall through 4 blocks of lava to weaken them, then burn to death on a bed of hoppers which collect the drops.


    Dual hopper pipes feed dual droppers that shoot items into a water stream that ends in a trapdoor driven block glitch item elevator. That leads up to a high capacity item sorter and storage system. Should an overflow occur, excess items are fed to a disposal system.

    Four rows of double chests for Prismarine, two for Prismarine Crystals, one for Squid Ink (which is collected by a ring of hoppers around the drop zone) and a final row for unsorted items (mostly fish, or anything else that ends up in the system).


    You may have noticed the stone button near the corner of the collection area. That switches the farm from Collection mode to XP mode. In XP mode a series of pistons release water and opens a drop path to a room below. The water puts out the already weakened guardians and flushes them down to the kill room. I wait in that room until the mob cap is reached (the guardians stop spawning) then toss a potion of harming to finish them off and get bathed in the light of glorious XP.


    Admittedly this farm was quite a lot of work (took some long breaks from playing this world while building it), and is pretty OP for a single player world, but now that it's finished I'm pretty happy with it.

    Look at the patterns from the last Minecons

    So my guess would be somewhere in the Us, but more specialflly New York or another major city in the Us.


    Some people say that it will be in Australia or a new country but thats probbaly not going to happen.

    Just as @JannisX11 said, if you just want to use the number then you can simply use "/xp 1l @a" and it will change the number. To use the actual bar you'd need to go with a binary method. Wubbi made a video on this around 2 years ago however it is now outdated (was made before the new 1.9 command blocks) and in general needed some tweaks.

    Here is a one-command I made which adds this functionality. It is a trimmed version of Wubbi's original (less commands) and is updated to work with the newer versions:

    Just as in Wubbi's original you set the players level using;

    /scoreboard players set PLAYER xp_level NUMBER



    and to set the bar level use

    So running the commands:

    /scoreboard players set @p xp_level 23
    /scoreboard players set @p xp_progress 50



    will give you a level of 23 and will fill the bar half way (50%)
