6. Why Should you be Admin? - I am a very responsible individual and I believe that an Admin should be someone the community looks up to. Apart from doing the necessary (making sure the server is safe and fair) I think an Admin should be someone who is on consistently and helps the community in any way he or she can. 7. Why do you want to be Admin? - When I play Minecraft I always need to have a goal. In the past, I used to help people by doing things they didn't want to do. I would go out and collect wood for hours for a good friend of mine so he could build a giant tree city.
Nowadays I have found that I can do much more than grind resources, and I believe becoming an admin is the right way to go.
8. What would you do if you saw a player flying but you didn't know if he was hacking or lagging? - First off, I would have to take into account a couple of factors:
Is the player moving faster than normal and not emitting potion particles (and if I am able to find out, is he wearing speedy boots or drinking speed potions)?
What is the players and my ping?
Does he touch the ground?
Does he move in a straight line or inconsistently?
After this, I would make a video following the player for a while. Then decide if he is hacking or not. I would also confront the player before making a final decision unless sufficient evidence has been found. In the case that it is still very unclear as to if the player is hacking or not, I would ask a staff member to help me reach a verdict.
9. What would you do if a Mod or helper was breaking rules? - Obviously, a mod or helper should be able to be trusted more. Confronting the player after gathering evidence would be my priority. Listening to what the player has to say is very important, especially when a mod or helper is involved. For obvious reasons, should a mod or helper admit breaking the rules to a certain level, or should there be enough evidence to support the fact that that they were hacking or breaking the rules in a different way, the certain individual should be banned from the server.
In the case that there is not sufficient evidence and the player in question denies having broken the rules, any collected evidence should be discussed by other staff members and a decision should be made as a team.

I think you should nerf the obsidian tools/armour power and buff the durability. Obsidian is actually the most durable block (as it blocks explosions, but the power of the tools and the protection the armour gives u is a bit too OP much ;D
I have really missed the energy condenser that was in Equivalent Exchange. I am really surprised to see so little requests on this feature. I hope someone can make this mod and preferably compatible with Feed the Beast. Also, I would prefer the crafting recipes/layout to be the same as it was back when EE still had it.
I hope some modder will make this for me and for anyone who also misses the condenser.

Also, to make it more compatible, you might want to make this mod with forge modloader, because pretty much all other mods use that now. I think it will help your mod grow bigger if you decide to switch over to forge modloader.
