As someone who alpha tested that boss fight, I can tell you that I literally ran around in circles for a solid fifteen minutes because I was so overrun by mobs. The way it works is it gets more difficult over time, so after running around for fifteen minutes, I ran into the same issue. I reccomend making sure you're not taking too much time away from actually fighting him yourself. Thankfully, Mithey is kind enough to give you some health potions, so if yourbhealth gets too low you can always toss one down and step back for a bit. another possible thing could maybe be the fight is detecting too many players when there aren't actually, but I can't really be sure.
As Mithey's alpha tester I can assure everyone that this map is pretty darn incredible, and often quite challenging. Every element has had quite a deal of thought put into it, and it all works quite well together. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do/did!

What is your understanding of Modded Minecraft I've experimented with different mods here and there- FTB, twilight forest, thaumcraft. Mods adding more biomes/blocks/prettiness seem to be the ones that attract me most.
Favorite Block: Lapis blocks (duh look at my name). I wouldn't complain about some diamond blocks either though...
What reasons do you have for applying?: I enjoy the challenge of a UHC survival server, and I've met a member of the server, as well as some that have applied.
What time periods will you play on the server?: During the week I usually play from about 5pm-7pm. On the weekends I play sporadically throughout the day.
What is your previous server history?: I used to mostly play pvp on us.oc.tc, playarmadacraft.com, mcsg, and the hive. I occasionally play on us.shotbow.net and discordmc.net. Up until recently I played survival on a survival server that had abusive OPs, so now I'm looking for a new one.

What servers do you currently play on?:primarlily us.oc.tc and until recently the aforementioned survival abusive-op server
How long have you been playing Minecraft?: Oh gosh. Let's see I've played off and on for a couple years but I only seriously began playing a month or so before June 2012 when I bought my own account.
What is your favorite feature in Minecraft?: I really love exploring the biomes and infinite terrain! Horses, wolves, as well as any of the peaceful mobs are also very fun to breed and tame. I'm finally delving more into survival(I was a wimp before and refused to try) and playing with others has really helped me embrace it!
What is your Minecraft skillset?: I'm a somewhat decent builder(although I second guess myself too much) and generally a good pvp-er. I'm good as a sort of placate-r on some servers as well as helping others to start off. I can do some basic redstone as well.
Will you be willing to participate in server events?: Oh yes, definitely!
Do you mind being on video on Youtube?: Not at all! Once I get the time, I'd love to start recording as well.
What is the average wind-speed velocity of a swallow?: XD ohmylord monty python quote. Well it depends if it's an African or European swallow. (or like 11 m/s )
Why?: Well it must beat it's wings forty-three times every second to maintain it's speed, but you see, kings just have to know these things.
