If you have no mods, Force Update the game. If you have mods. force update the game. Optifine depending on the version and the setting will change your textures so check up on your settings. If it still doesn't work you have a problem with your source files with MC.
Secondly it's impossible to explore all the caves/area and complete the game. If you still think you did. Learn how to use redstone.
I think they should make it so you could only change your name once every year. Then if you get banned, you still can't play on that server for a long time.

Dedication to this project/Are you ready to do what it takes: I believe that we can create an amazing server if we put our minds to it. If you accept me you will soon realize that when I put my mind on something it gets done, as soon as possible. I know there are other people applying for the position but I would be the best candidate because I will do anything to reach a goal whether it's helping someone out and doing some research to help them or creating an amazing Minecraft server.

About you: I am a 17 year old guy from Canada. I play the guitar, piano, organ, synth, bass, drums, recorder, and I sing and act. I also play Hockey all year, baseball during the summer, as well as soccer, volleyball, badminton, tennis, football during the winter and I ski and snowboard during the summer. Despite all this I still make time to be on my computer doing something from 4:30PMish to 1AMish during the week and on weekends whenever I have free time which is <10 on week-ends. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my life yet but have a few ideas. I could go into more detail but I am sure I answered your question. If you want me to go into more detail just email me.
How well do you work with others: I work flawlessly with others, I am friendly and respectful with everyone regardless if they respect me back or not. I am well respected by classmates, friends, and co-workers: I was voted Captain of my hockey team for the last few seasons. I always hear out their opinion and respect it whether I disagree with it or not. If it's not my call I will do what I'm told without complaint. If it is I will hear everyone out first before coming to a decision

I have a small no PvP Whitelisted server with >25 people it's up 24/7 the staff are knowledgeable and fun, and we all talk and build together. There is no griefing, and once doing so results in an immediate ban. There is currently a parkour map, PvP Arena, Spleef Arena, Mob Arena, and Shops. Our server has an Economy which is used as well as trading. If you contact the Admin/Owner he can protect whatever you build for you. You can sell things to gain money via /sell (Args). Even with all this we are a new server which has been up for > a month. While Seth only did the voice work for Steve in this video, (Elimentanimation did the animating) He could use a break. The problem is, YouTube is currently his only source of income, he has no other job. If he where to take a break, he'd be making no money.

My Minecraft username is Lucable,
I like how you have a separate world for mining and whatnot, though I could imagine it being annoying if you create a giant mine and it gets reset.
There is a medium number of people on to encourage a close knit community.
To have two homes so you can zip back and forth from two places.
Farmworld should be used for gathering wood and minerals.
Extra: I enjoy helping out so if you need help just ask.
Additional Info: I am 16 years old and I have a lot of free time so I will be on often and for long duration's of time.
Note: A couple of my friends will be joining this server as well.
