Hey everyone! Today I'm going to present a challenge only to be accepted by some of the most brave minecrafters. Below are the bulleted rules and a list of the things you need to complete whilst following the rules. If you manage to complete my challenge you MUST upload pictures as proof and then feel free to rub it in my face. So after reading that load of nonsense, here are the rules!
~ Using the map "infinity" go to the darkest part of the map (you know where all the zombies are) and complete your tasks there.
~ After building your house there, you MUST report back to your house at night.
~ You MUST do this challenge in survival.
~ Don't pull a stunt by building a house underground and calling it the darkest point on the map.
~ You cannot light up the darkest part of the map, you can only place torches IN your house.
Here's what you must accomplish:
1) Build a 30x30 house in the darkest part of the map that is at least 8 high, it must be made out of cobble only (no brick is allowed)
2) Your house must have a basement connected to a mine you've built.
3) Collect 100 pieces of birch and brown wood (either pine or regular).
4) Collect a full stack if both types of flowers.
5) Collect every possible color of wool.
6) Obtain a full set of tools (including shears) and have a full stack if sandstone.
Good luck completing my challenge and remember that you are allowed to leave your house but you must report back to it at night. Also, it must be built in the darkest part if the map (please read the rules again). Thank you and if you have any questions you can always post them.
Also, if you have the computer version you can get the music from the resources folder. All you have to do is Convert them to mp3 files, add them to iTunes, and drag and drop them into your iPod.
Hey everyone! A couple of minutes ago I was playing and I thought to myself "Man I wish the minecraft soundtrack was added in the last update", thus I began thinking. Finally I came up with an idea: ITunes! I had some money in my account and decided to search iTunes. I came across an album named "Minecraft-Volume Alpha-C418". So here's what I did from there:
1) Bought "Sweden" from the track and downloaded it.
2) Opened Minecraft PE and opened my world
3) Went to my music and played the song on a loop
4) Re-Opened Minecraft PE and... It played!
I know that it really isn't that amazing but it was nice to hear the minecraft soundtrack while building. The album has songs such as cat, clark, and beginning all from the game! Coming back to the title of my thread, I would like that you post your ideas of adding music to the game without needing to buy the album. Thanks for reading!
Everywhere I look on the forum I see uploads of people's creations. How do you do this? Please help. Also how can you change your texture pack on a jailbrokem device? Thanks.
No, literally, what is an example of a mob grinder? What kills them aside from sunlight and your sword (at least in certain circumstances from what I can tell)?
A good one is a 3x3 hol that is 2 blocks deep in a darkened area. In this hole, dig down about 23 blocks. When the zombies fall in they will die on impact of the ground. This is very simple so try to be creative!

Troll ^
I believe thats a glitch with some worlds, if you don't have much in it start over with a new world or build on the water.

Fixed it. Why don't you try the challenge? Well, that is if you can.

You win if you complete all the tasks. If you die it's game over.

That's exactly what I did! Except I can't really count myself as a winner because.... Its my challenge!

No, that really destroys the point.
