Hey maybe Bosscraft is what you are looking for I love playing on it because there is so much you can do
Checkout bosscraft.enjin.com and see what we have to offer whitelist and come join me
The first rule they have listed:
"- No griefing, stealing, or cheating of any kind -"
Doesn't mention anything about PvP, That's not the server for me at the moment but I might remember it. Don't expect me to be joining anytime soon though, I already have a couple of build only servers that I'm inactive on. Thanks anyway.
I'm using Fraps but for some reason I can't use hotkeys while in-game because nothing happens. I check the screen and movie folders and they're empty. I've tried different hotkeys and even reinstalled both fraps and minecraft but it didn't help then just now I opened Fraps as an administrator but still nothing.
I don't know what to do but I don't think Fraps is the one with the issue because I tested it with Counter Strike: Source and it worked normally so it has to be minecraft. I also tried recording MineCraft with a different recorder but it still didn't work. Like I said, I re-downloaded minecraft (deleted .minecraft and redownloaded the minecraft.exe, etc.) so it's an unmodified client.
I have yet to find a server like this, but I have primarily been looking for 1.8. Servers with just building gets so boring so fast, survival or not. I need PvP, Griefing and minimum lag.
More specifically...
I did see some advertised servers saying I'd have to get the victims consent to PvP them? Not interested in that.
I also saw another one saying that griefing is allowed but I can't tear down a structure entirely, but that's where all the fun is! I completely remove a structure and rebuild the environment as if it were never there.
Experience with Minecraft: Experience? I've been playing since the beta if that's what you mean.
What do you expect to get from this server: Enjoyment.
What do you personally bring to the server: Maybe encouraging others to play longer. Read my specialties, angry users tend to play more for revenge.
Do you have a minecraft specialty, if yes what is it:
Building interesting and sometimes large structures.
Griefing any structure down to non-existence meaning once I start, it'd be as if it was never built because I rebuild the environment too.
*rules don't appear to be listed in the OP, is griefing and PvP allowed? if no for either, then nevermind this application, also what about lag?*
From 1-10 what would you rate your activity level at: Not sure which is better, 1 the least active or 10? I've been searching for a long time for a server with PvP and Griefing allowed as well as minimum lag. I'd be on for a very long time once I find such a server and just about every day to see reactions.
Are you willing to participate in server (in game) activities: Strongly prefer not to.
Are you a member of any other servers, if yes how will you manage your time: I am a member of other servers, but only 1 other one on 1.8 and I prefer that over 1.7.10 so if this is everything I want in a server then I'll be on here much more often if not entirely quitting the other server.
If you have been on a previous server, why are you no longer there: Pretty boring, I need PvP and Griefing. I did find one with that but it was annoyingly laggy.
The only real things I'm looking for in a server is as little lag as possible and PVP. Griefing enabled would improve my interest in joining. Community events, farms, etc., things that I feel take the survival out of a survival server or that I have to be a part of are what I'd like to avoid.
I would have preferred to play on a 1.8 server but the last time I checked, there is no modding/plugins available and that doesn't sound good so I'll go for 1.7.10 and looking for:
-Maturity (At the top of the list)
-I'm a solo, silent gamer, though the feeling of other players being online is nice. Not into community events or anything where I have to participate.
-Anti-grief
-PvP (not restricted to arena's)
-Clear landscape
-Live Map, this is optional, but I really like looking at them, helps me map a location for a project.
-Vanilla style gameplay. I was just on a server but it wasn't until recently that I was advised to use the 'community farm' instead of mining or cutting down trees and that just killed the enjoyment for me. All of the resources I need in one place... I don't think I'm a fan of community farms.. it takes out the 'survival' in survival servers.
-Also, I have mixed feelings about map resetting..might prefer a server that didn't do that.
In-game name: PsycoSkillz
Age: over 18
Why would you like to join?: Looked at the live map, looks like a wide open space to build on. Servers advertised as mature staff, anti-grief. I'm sold.
Have you read the rules? [Yes/No]: Yes. I'm very respectful of rules.
Thought back to what all I've changed since I last played and eventually figured it out. Client works fine now. Apparently it had something to do with changes I made to the 3D Graphics settings, I reset them to the default and MineCraft is now working.
I don't know if that has to do with what I'm getting or not. I'm trying to play 1.7.10, when I click play it goes blank then shows me a small box in the bottom left corner of the background that you normally see on the main menu. I've attached an image of what I see.
If you don't see Liam_Ekaf logging in on your server that's because that isn't my MC name, it's my forum name. So I may have already visited some of your servers, unless whitelist is required, etc. I'll probably visit those last.
Is there any way I can download the current skin I have set for my minecraft character? I made it awhile back, computer had to be reset to factory settings and it got lost.
I'm looking for a server that can match my interests.
Survival only
-Mature owner.
*This is a huge thing. I spend the smallest amount of time on servers where I see owners/high ranks(admin) giving newbies/favorites free items like diamonds or doing immature things.
-Lag
*American servers preferred.
-Been around for awhile.
*To avoid a newbie maker that doesn't know whether they'll keep it up or not.
-Open space/Plenty of it
*I've never been a fan of restricted areas within 'towns'./Though I do want open space, Houses everywhere out in the open makes little space for me.
The only thing I like about multiplayer is the environment of other players around. I'd probably be the least talkative player on your server because I prefer to just watch other conversations while I do what I do.

But what about the tree leaves? Those are supposed to be solid colors, no transparency.
0
First, the leaves on the trees have little black marks on them when they should only be one color.
Next, the crafting table doesn't hold the transparency it should have (that white area between the legs) and the side of it is all messed up?
I don't know what the problem is, the actual textures look exactly the way they should.
