I'd also love Forge compatibility. Or, with your permission, maybe I could port it? I am a coder, and I'd love to have a mod like this with all my other mods.
OK, everyone: here's the deal. First, we already have IC2 textures. Now, I know, many of you have a certain set of textures you prefer. That's all fine and well, nobody's going to stop you from using them. However, if you'll look at ours, you'll notice something. Look at our IC2 textures next to our Thermal Expansion textures, our RP2 textures, and our Buildcraft textures. If you're observant, you'll notice that they match. We did this on purpose, trying to make the mods one coherent experience, rather than a cluster of separate ones. Even in vanilla, and especially in other modded texture packs, every mod looks different. I don't know about you guys, but I can't stand it. So, no. We're not changing the IC2 textures. Sorry.
I agree with you, there, too. Distributing John Smith's work, as we are now (with FULL packs containing his original work, and then our edits) might be breaching his copyright... and that was never the intention. So, again, I suspect that individual image overlays would be a better choice.
Nope, actually. His license clearly states we're allowed to use his textures in our packs, as long as we give him credit.
Twiggholmes: A few minor suggestions regarding the quality of your posts.
1. What quality? These posts are horrific.
2. What in blazes are you talking about? Why would you ever extract a texture pack?
3. The pack couldn't possibly corrupt anything, it's merely image files.
4. Mac... blech. Try it under Linux.
5. We've got lots and lots of satisfied users that don't have problems, and seem to be using the pack properly. Then we've got you, who are using the pack incorrectly in the first place, who does have problems. Sorry, if you're not using it as intended, we cannot, and I repeat, cannot, help you. We're also not going to change anything based on the whims of one user. We made this pack primarily for us, and we're releasing it because we think you'll enjoy it too.

EDIT: Also, have you ever considered an 11x11 house? It would still be 9x9 inside!

The Convenient Chest Table
-This table works exactly like the one above, but also has an 18 slot inventory.
The Template Table and Template Chest Table

The Autocrafting Table

Recipe for the Convenient Crafting Table is 5 planks in a + shape, and for the Convenient Chest Table is a Convenient Crafting Table and a chest.
