    Senator Kel'Raaden
In the quiet that follows the words of the Coruscantian senator, Kel'Raaden stand and moves to the front of his pod. Being introduced by his assistant, he speaks. "As the representative of The High Vorkan Triumvirate, we hereby agree with Nute Gunray of the Trade Federation, as to allow larger capacity for self-defense and trade." Nodding to Gunray as he sits back down, Kel'Raaden waits to hear the final verdict.

    Governmental Mandate
Improve Trade- Currently Level 0, I believe.

Frantically tripping through his small apartment, Jack searched for the ringing phone. Stumbling through the maze of dirty clothes and drug paraphernalia, he finally grasps the small Nokia. "Heyo." He said, relaxing and going over to one of his stands, piled with drugs. "Well, yeah, the orders right here, you wanna pick it up, or no? Fine. I'll drop it off, dead drop at that alley going from Mason's Street to the slums." Lazy *******. He thought. Grabbing a small packet of syringes, filled with Krokodil, Jack heads for the door. Reaching for his revolver along the way, he steps outside and gets in his car. Hiding the drugs inside of a hole in the seat, he begins the long drive. Being close to the center of the city, he dealt with most of the major gangs, but usually it was Vincit Veritas, or The Family. Today however, Jack was dealing with an independent druggie. Weaving his beat up car through the side-streets, he finally finds the alley. Depositing the bag in a safe place, he waits nearby to make sure it goes down smoothly. Already having had the money wired to his account, he wanted to make sure his reputation stayed excellent in the drug trade.

    *Name: Jack Allen
    Nickname: "Kroc"
    *Age: 24
    *Gender: Male
*Biography: Born in Detroit to an exceptionally average family, Jack always had crime in his life. However, it never seemed to directly affect him or his parents. That changed when his father got into some debt after gambling with a couple gangsters. Without the money, Jack's father ran. Leaving the teen with his mother, he expected the gangsters to leave his family alone. One night however, Jack came home with his mother and discovered it had been trashed. Moving to the other part of the city, they tried to keep themselves safe.

All was well for a fairly long time until Jack's mother was diagnosed with Spinal cancer. Confined to a hospital, she was left with her only way of paying the hospital bills being her, now essentially orphaned son. Turning wherever he could for work, Jack finally found solace in drugs. He didn't neglect the hospital bills.... but he was spending more and more on his new lifeline.

Jack was awaken by a phone ringing in the middle of the night and informed that he had forgotten to pay the bill. Scrambling to find his money, Jack realized he had spent it all. Unable to afford the hospital care, his mother progressively worsened. Finally, Jack was informed his mother had died. Now an adult, Jack is making money the only way he knew how. The drug trade had consumed his life again, and he now dabbles in mostly exotic stuff, Devil's Breath, Dipt, Krokodil, as well as more well-known drugs, mostly crystal meth.
Personality: Jacks has a personality like poison. Nearly cracked psyches, he is only the brink of insanity. Already having a less than friendly personality, this put him close to cruel to anyone, unless he knows you. Jack also has close to no value for human life, and will do anything for a bit of cash. Despite these flaws, Jack is a very loyal ally, and possible acquaintance.
    *Appearance: http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/02284/Vladimir-Buchak_2284098b.jpg
*Which gang are they in?: Jack is currently independent, however he is willing to do work for any gang that calls him up.
    *Other: 420

    Planet Title: Arma 6
Species: Vorka- The Vorca are a race of cyborg, humanoid bipeds. The creatures are best described as "Insectoid" as they have evolved with an outer carapace to help protect against the very harsh conditions of their home planet. The Vorka are a very industrious race. If something isn't perfect, they must strive to correct it. Biology is imperfect, so they have implanted their bodies and minds, etc. These creatures can be very dangerous if they believe a race is falling behind. Their primary industry is the construction of their specialized "Kane" battle-droids, which are produced in massive foundries under the surface of the planet.

Jackson waited inside the gym for something amusing, or at least bordering on the realm of interesting to occur. Watching, and hearing Sheila stand up and move to the door, she called a name and ran out. Deciding quickly, Jackson walked to the door. stepping outside of the gym slightly, he leaned up against the door frame and watched a new boy get, essentially assaulted by Sheila. Hearing her cry "Arthur", he realized that that must be his name. Smile twisting in delight, he realized that they must have had some... history in life. The situation really couldn't be more...... maddeningly amusing, and so unfair it made the last sane part of Jackson want to rip his heart out. How come she gets to see her loved ones..... Why not I? However, being the eccedentesiast he was, he hid his new pain behind a large grin. Deciding to wait and watch the two, he leans against a wall, and begins staring intently at the pair, listening in for anything he could use.
