Hm. That might not work for the system I'm trying to make, but I'll play around with it.
EDIT:
It works, just with one extra command block.
After setting up the scoreboard, it now looks like this:
/execute if block ~X ~Y ~Z minecraft:furnace[lit=true] store result score @e[type=!item,type=!item_frame,type=!tnt,type=!minecraft:falling_block,type=!minecraft:lightning_bolt,x=X,y=Y,z=Z,dx=DX,dy=DY,dz=DZ,limit=2] transport run data get block ~X ~Y ~Z BurnTime
Followed by a chain command block:
@e[x=X,y=Y,z=Z,dx=DX,dy=DY,dz=DZ,scores={transport=0..},limit=2]
at @s run teleport @s ~X ~Y ~Z
If you're interested, this is part of a system to let players place fuel in ship engines (furnaces) in order to make the ship take off (teleport).
I didn't think it was very satisfying just pressing a button, or throwing items into a hopper to teleport; I wanted people to actually burn the fuel. Maybe not the best approach, but my players seem very happy with it so far.
/execute if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:furnace[lit=true]{BurnTime:0..} run say "yo"
I want to use this command to detect whether there is enough fuel in a specific furnace relative to a command block.
As is, the above command does not work, and it's solely due to the
{BurnTime:0..}
I've changed it around a lot, and the ONLY thing that ever works is:
/execute if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:furnace{BurnTime:0s} run say "yo"
But, it only works if the Furnace is off. I want to be able to detect if there is MORE than 0 BurnTime, but no range variation works, and it only works if there is an 's' after the 0. (Which appears to mean that this post by Dinnerbone was wrong. Ctrl+F to ":200" and you'll see there is no 's' after the value. This would imply that it should work without an s, but it doesn't. Might be a bug, idk.)
I just want to be able to detect a range in NBT value somehow
Is there a way, or do I just have to live without this as an option?
Every part of the top command works, and all together, until I add the range in the BurnTime value, so it has nothing to do with the rest of the command.
Uhm. I found that the easiest way to fix this error message was to simply copy the 'launcher_profiles' file from the .minecraft folder and put it in the newly named folder. Worked with no issue for me.
-Building experience: I began playing Minecraft at the very end of the Beta phase, and have been building ever since.(with the exception of the entirety of 1.1) In modern builds specifically, I used to be a primary builder for a server called EconiCraft, which had a variety of build styles city to city. I spent most of my time building the subway rail system, which spanned across almost all of the major cities, and went under the ocean in a few places. My favorite build on that server was the American Flag standing proudly atop Anvil Mountain, with an accurate 50 stars, waving in the breeze. It took 3 hours to make. I do not have a screenshot of it, nor of any other build on that server, because the computer that housed those images fried its CPU before I learned of the value of GoogleDrive. Because of my lack of foresight, most of my screenshots of good builds have been lost. :/
-Reason that you consider yourself to be a good builder: I don't consider myself a good builder. I consider myself one who fails repeatedly until he finally comes across a design he is willing to accept, and then goes with it, and pretends that that was his vision the whole time.
-Proof of builds (4 minimum)
...well this is a conundrum. You clearly want modern builds, but I don't feel like whipping four of 'em up just for an application, as I have none readily available. Hm. If it's acceptable, could I give you screenshots of other genre builds?
I don't have any others, right now, but if you want to see more, I can scrounge up new ones from my last laptop.
-How well do you know how to use WorldEdit? Elaborate:
I know the general concept behind it and how it works, but I've never really used it myself. EconiCraft had WorldEdit, and it was useful to the mods, but us builders tended to like detail work, which restricted the usefulness of World Edit, so I never learned it. I do have some background in coding and commands, however, so I could probably pick it up pretty quick.

I realize that at this point in the application, I've shown terribly little of my ability as a builder, or as one who can be an asset to your server. I apologize for the apathetic, possibly sarcastic overtone to my application; I tend to write in that manner in situations like this, as it's most comfortable for me. I realize that my lack of applicable portfolio material diminishes the prospect of my being a builder on your server, but I'd like to assure you that, if you are interested, I am able to adapt to almost any style of build.
Lastly, I'd like to address the fact that I am currently a staff member on another server, which will significantly impact my availability to build on your server. I have, however, been trying to be a builder of quests on that server, and I have thus far been given no opportunity to do so, and therefore, my creative juices have been stemmed for quite a while. In lieu of this, I believe that I will make room for building and expressing my will to create on your server whenever I can, and assist in any way I may.
Thank you for your consideration. Have a nice day!
I was on this server, too, and it was awesome! See, back then I was MasterRobot, because my brother and I shared the MasterRobot account. When he went back to college, he changed the password and wouldn't tell me, so I couldn't get on at all. Long story short, I found the server again, but it won't let me on because I'm not whitelisted. *rolls eyes, shakes head*

Here's a link to a Forum post with 10 screenshots of a dungeon I was building.
